He needs to man up and say he made a mistake. I won’t support him if he won’t. This little episode is a window into the way he judges people. Do you want to be judged based on your appearance? I don’t think so. I like Trumps stand on the issues, but I don’t respect anyone that can’t admit a mistake.

Why should adults have to keep parsing Donald Trump’s most recent insults to see if they were just childish, or merely the slams of an attention seeker, or more crass comebacks because he cannot discuss policy with any wisdom?

All you Trumpsters can joke about and rationalize this and other juvenile behavior Trump engages in, but this tendency is going to become more and more of an issue, the closer we get to actually voting. In this case, apologizing to Carly would be manning up. His remark was totally uncalled for.
If he said it in front of a reporter it’s a public remark. Trump knows the media. He’s not stupid.
Everyone is judged by their appearance. Or even better, one's appearance says who you are. You facial expression says who you are.
If you are cruel, you're face shows it. If you are proud or haughty or humble or kind...it's all right there for everyone to see.
Every human being knows this.
It is not politically correct to say it...and that is exactly why Trump is winning.
His very being smashes the concept of political correctness.
