"School of Public Policy"???
A pox on such wastes of space, time, and money. That such a thing could exist, that such a thing could even be proposed without being rejected in gales of derisive laughter, is a damning indictment of the modern Academy. A degree in Literature (for example) might not be terribly useful, but it is not inherently harmful. Politics as a profession, and the various academic departments which support it, are pure poison.

Man Joe and Mika were pounding on Hillary this morning. More than Fox News. Then poor Harold had to come in and try to defend her. He must owe the Clinton's big time.

Bravo Sierra. At the very least, she intended to violate FOIA. There is no other possible explanation.

Well, if absence of mens rea is a sufficient defense for HRC, it should be a sufficient defense for every violation of a criminal law or regulation that does not identify specify negligence as part of the definition of the offense.

The problem with that argument is that this is one crime where intent is not required in order to be guilty. Gross negligence is sufficient to prove guilt. So even if she had the purest of intentions, if her negligence allowed top secret information to be received and stored on her server, she is just as guilty as if she planned to do so.

Harold Ford! Where’s he been? I remember when OReally used to have him on frequently to blow smoke up America’s butt. I must admit that he’s one smooth talking, yarn spinning, BS slinging dude. I wish I could remember some of the distorted, twisted, inverted logic crap he spun to defend Clinton, et al. He made an eel look like 40 grit sandpaper.

Someone needs to ask Mrs. Bill Clinton:
You have repeatedly said you did not send or receive classified emails on your home server.
What procedures did you distribute to other federal agencies with regard to sending classified information to your @Clintonemail.com server?
What was your preferred method for receiving classified information from other federal agencies including POTUS?

And I certainly don't believe in her heart that's what she intended to do. next, he should say that it's not really her fault because society made her do it. That is always a good libtard excuse

Harold Ford is absolutely correct in say that “in her heart” Hillary did not intend to violate the law, but only because she considers herself exempt from the law.

Wow...Nixon had even a better excuse by protecting rogue lower level operatives.
I guess the best analogy is that theives don't intend to kill their victims either.

Right, Junior.
Hillary has a long track record that speaks to the purity of her heart ... and being The Smartest Woman in the World.
Clue for Harold: she scores low in both.

Today, he claimed that "in her heart" Hillary didn't intend to violate the law. I read that to mean he understands she broke the law but didn't mean to. I'm sure his intentions were good though.
