The problem with that argument is that this is one crime where intent is not required in order to be guilty. Gross negligence is sufficient to prove guilt. So even if she had the purest of intentions, if her negligence allowed top secret information to be received and stored on her server, she is just as guilty as if she planned to do so.

Hillary has been an uninformed doofus from her first day in the Ark mansion. Like Obama, she is a Marxist ideologue who thinks her political opinions qualify her for office.
