For the record, exactly 4 of Trump’s 500 businesses went into Chapter 11 bankruptcy (restructuring). 4 subsidiaries out of 500, that’s a pretty darn good record and Trump was never in a personal bankruptcy. Airlines move in and out of Chapter 11 all the time, as do many Ma and Pa shops and restaurants, etc.

Action plan? Try starting with the ONLY question to ask when it comes to federal action: IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL? If the Constitution doesn’t authorize it, it is INVALID federal action and is by definition tyranny. States MUST reject and nullify unconstitutional federal action and move to protect their citizens form such tyranny.
READ the Constitution and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. You don’t have to change an unconstitutional SCOTUS decision becasue the feds don’t want to get fixed. It is up to the individual states to stand up to federal tyranny, not unlike what the colonies had to do 250 years ago. We’re in the same fight against tyranny.

No seperation of a person from their money is why casinos exist. And an actual product is not even produced. Just gambling with odds stacked well in favor of the house. Go to bankruptcy hearings sometime and see how many are there due to gambling. How would the Trustee know? Because the person withdrew money from the ATM at the Casino. They check ATM history of the persons bank account. It's profits made off of peoples addiction many times. Just the ugly side of casinos and what helps keep them in business. Also the main attraction for some big Hotels. Now is that erroneous as well? Nope. It's the reality.

Jake wanted and insisted on a Worlds Fair and got it via political pressure. He promised the sky. The city nearly went bankrupt. Many individuals went bankrupt. Many were before that saying were going to be rich because the Worlds Fair is coming shelled out thousands to convert their carports into apartments for visitors to rent at several hundred a night. Landlords literally threw out tenants overnight. Jake promised the sky. People would not listen to reason and my ex father in law almost bought into it on the renting thing. There were Airstream trailers hundreds of them parked at many interstate exits. None ever got rented. But huge profits were promised.
Many very soon lost life savings in the S&L failures he and his brother created. Politicians were connected to them as in a then sitting U.S. Congressman from Memphis. A current sitting U.S. Senate Republican received their support as well. That senator is very liberal. Isn't politics grand? I'm cautious at what very rich persons promise.
