Texas asks judge to rescind 108,000 three-year amnesties for Dreamers

More than 100,000 three-year deportation amnesties issued by Homeland Security should be rescinded and reissued as two-year permits, Texas and 25 other states suing the government told a federal judge Friday, as both sides try to clean up the messy situation surrounding President Obama’s immigration executive actions.

At stake are three-year permits issued to so-called Dreamers beginning last November, when Mr. Obama announced he was expanding his 2012 amnesty, including adding an extra year of protection from deportation to Dreamers who were already eligible for the program.

Carly is for the Dreamers. I watched a video of her debate with Boxer and she said she supported the Dreamers.

should be rescinded and reissued as two-year permits,

What?

They should be revoked and the recipients deported.

The judge’s order did not provide for rescinding the 2 year amnesties. It wouldn’t make a difference in any event as most if not all of them are expired or expiring.

The reasons the judge ignored the 2 year amnesties are the above reason and also he has to keep an eye forward to the Appeals Court and the Supreme Court. Whatever he does must appear reasonable and within bounds. Recall the basis of the injunction was the harm caused to states by allowing the Executive Amnesty to go forward. What’s done for the 2 year dreamers is done. The damage is already done so it makes no sense to ‘avenge’ the harm done. It makes perfect sense to stop further harm.

The reason Texas and other states are asking to take the 3rd year away from the 2 year dreamers is because of the further harm it causes and also because the DOJ lawyers on the case LIED TO THE JUDGE that it was not happening.

It is interesting that many say there are too many illegals in our country to deport. Seems when the govt wants to, it can find them and hand out over 100,000 permits within a 2 or 3 month period.

And of course, that meant they all went to jail like Kim Davis, because perjury and contempt of court is NEVER overlooked in a federal court, right?

Right.

Heck yeah baby

And if when they expire these low lifes are going to run for the hills.

Issue bounties on their hides to all CHL and turn us loose on them.

Let it be a teachable moment to all of the scum bag illegals in our country.

You can run but you cannot hide.......bring em in draped over the hood or over the saddle.

Of course she does. She displaced over 40,000 HP/Compaq workers with cheaper foreign and offshore labor. Of course she supports keeping illegals in the country while displacing American workers.

Carly Fiorina as President or in any Government role would be a damn' nightmare.

When Carly said that, Trump was silent on immigration, was in favor of abortion on demand and thought Hillary was brilliant. How come you take Trump based on what he says today, but not anyone else?
