Go ahead and buy yourself a Tim Tebow jersey, because Rocky Balboa has just endorsed Tebowmania in Philadelphia.
"How could you not like Tim Tebow?" Sylvester Stallone rhetorically asked a TMZ reporter yesterday after news that Eagles quarterback Matt Barkely was traded to the Cardinals, opening up a spot on the roster for Tebow.

Tebow is the perfect QB for Chip’s offense.
Go Ducks
Disappointed for Tebow. Can’t believe Kelly will go with Mr. Butt Fumble as the backup without a 3rd QB on the roster. Guessing they may sign someone else who is or will become available.
They traded Barkley yesterday and cut Tebow today. Bradford will never last. Eagles are in dire straits.
Did you out of pocket the MBA cost?
Yes....no loans. Paid as I went. The reason I mentioned GW is because they were banned from the Top 25 schools for overstating their stats......lol. Of course they did it after I graduated but still.
Why do you people insist on posting this irrelevant nonsense in news/activism?
Josh Johnson looked like the best QB on the field in the Eagles-Jets game.
Thanks!
I think your overdue for your nap, let’s hope it will be a long one!
I don’t show up on every Tebow thread. I show up on threads that go past that are interesting. And watching you cultists insist Tebow is the greatest is pretty damn funny.
Gotcha...they’re pricey. I saw they have multiple variations of MBA programs now. As a UF guy, you know it’s my duty to pick on FSU, and vice-versa.

You’re painting fans all with the same brush and exaggerating in most cases. I’m realistic about his abilities.
Nope. I’m not painting fans with any brush. I’m only discussing that special subgroup of fans that insist everything bad that ever happened to Tebow is because of anti-Christian bigotry and is emotionally incapable of entertaining the idea that maybe he’s just not all that.
No you aren’t being realistic about his ability. 5 different coaches, including a guy with 5 SB rings, have had Tebow in their training camp and either put him 3rd on the chart or cut him outright. The realistic assessment of his abilities comes from them. He’s just plain not good enough to be a starting NFL QB. The verdict has been in for a very very long time, and only people willfully blinding themselves with cultish dedication won’t see it.

Yet he was a starter and had a winning record, including a playoff win against a 12 and 4 team. You totally reject anything positive about his playing abilities.
He won’t play in the NFL because nobody will adapt their system to him the way John Fox did. But Tebow isn’t all bad. He does have some tremendous positives. If he was a player in the 60’s or 70’s he’d probably be a superstar at QB. It’s a loss for the NFL that it isn’t going to work out. To many, the NFL is losing its appeal.
That happens. Look at Trent Dilfer. Generally considered to be the worst QB to ever win a SB. Even he admits his talents were limited. And he spent most of his career as a backup.
And the Steelers were a mess when they went up against Tebow. They had a 12-4 record but they also had a ton of injuries, and got more. By the time Tebow got his game winning TD he was up against 3rd stringers and practice squad. Kind of like in the pre-season.
He won’t play in the NFL because he lacks the basic skills. In the 60s and 70s it was a run first game. Now it’s not only a pass first game, it’s a timing game. A QB needs to read the defense before the snap, know where he’s going to throw, and have that ball out of his hand 2.5 seconds after snap. Terry Bradshaw couldn’t cut it in today’s league. And the problem with adjusting the system is the other team has coaches too. He got his wins early when nobody knew what to expect, once the other teams figured out what was going to happen he had a 3 game losing streak. His history is similar to the history of the Wildcat, very successful at first, until teams had enough tape, and now both are out of the game. Gadget plays are nice, but players that are only useful in gadgets don’t last. Players need core skills, and he doesn’t have them.
The NFL’s revenue was up 20% last year. They seem to be doing just fine without Tebow.
You spoke too soon.
Supposedly they're waiting for Christian Ponder to be released by the Raiders. They're replacing one Christian QB with another. (chuckle, snort)
In Sam in the NFL in some “down low” sense?
