There’s only one reason why the libs would all suddenly be flacking for Dr. Carson. IMHO, it’s because they’ve sized him up, see him as low key and mild-mannered, and a fine candidate for being rolled whenever they please to do it.

He doesn’t need Rubio cos’ he already can talk down to the natives in their tongue
Ben or Carly would deliver him a demographic he needs- or so the Rovians are probably telling him
To hell with America, it’s all about being in the middle to play both sides and pandering to whoever gets them votes from the fringe
