I stand with Kim Davis! I will not comply!
Free Republic is and always will remain a pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-constitution, pro-liberty site.
The recent SCOTUS ruling against marriage is a travesty against God, country and constitution. It is a shot against Christianity. The government has now officially declared war on Christianity and against individual Christians. Kim Davis is the first casualty who was actually jailed, but will not be the last. The Marxist/fascists have now taken over our government from the top down and will attempt to stomp out all resistance and the black-robed nazi judges will do their bidding. Any Christian speaking out against homosexualism will be targeted for the re-education camps (they're actually doing this already in the military). Christianity is now a hate group and the bible a hate book. Thou shalt not quote from the holy bible.
Your church and your pastor will be next. And then you.
America is and always has been a Judeo-Christian nation. Our nation was founded on the great truth that our unalienable rights are bestowed upon us by God our Creator and cannot be lawfully removed by a godless socialist/fascist government gone awry. We will not comply with this obviously unconstitutional ruling that flies in the face of the first amendment and the very principles our nation was founded on. If we fail to successfully resist, then the great Marxist/fascist coup will have succeeded and America will no longer exist as a free nation.
This is a war for God, family, country and we cannot afford to lose.
And this is only the opening salvo. We are about to experience the greatest tyranny since the communists took Russia and the nazis took Germany. It didn't work then and it won't work now. The same God that gave us life, gave us liberty and as much as they want to try, government cannot stomp out God or liberty. God lives on in our our hearts and man will always yearn to live free.
As long as God gives us breath, we will fight to defend our God, our Constitution and our Liberty.

Or should be. I have said before that the church needs to see its pastors jailed for refusing to salute the flag of Sodom, in order for it to wake up. But who knew it would start with a simple civil servant.

I agree with you. Christian Ted Cruz is the one who can, by using his knowledge of the constitution and law, save Christians from being jailed for their beliefs. Christians are targets for Obama and his Muslim Brotherhood. Until we replace him with Cruz, we Christians are subject to arrest. I wear a Jesus Christ medal necklace every day. It’s staying there as witness to the truth of the Bible and my Christian faith.

Kim Davis has been jailed for refusing to follow the law as handed down by the Supreme Court of the United States. She is clearly in violation of this vile interpretation of The Constitution and by such criteria is “lawfully charged and arrested.”
My question is this, “Obama refuses to enforce the Constitutional Law of the United States in reference to illegal immigration.” Why have not Federal Marshals arrested him as they did Kim Davis?
Kim Davis is but a pawn in the fight between a tyrannical central government and a Constitutional Government of limited powers and all powers not designated to the Federal Government are to remain to the individual states so long as they do not violate the few and very limited powers of the Federal Government.
Our great nation shall wither beneath slow tyranny a step at a time or revolt. The legislature is bought and sold like whores, but I must admit whores are much more honorable and occasionally good companionship and more than one of those ladies went to Tulane.
The Judicial branch of government is with rare exceptions ideologically motivated with little concern for the Constitution which they are sworn to uphold but hold in contempt. Thus they are the true evil.
Alex de Tocqueville warned us many years ago.
When Constitutional law means nothing, the legislature is corrupt, and the Judiciary is an accomplice with Executive there is not a non violent path to freedom.

When this was a state by state battle, the one refrain from the left was a promise: if the gays got what they wanted, it wouldn’t have any bearing on traditional marriage.
Everyone knew it was a lie.
Not one pundit or candidate is calling them out on their baiting bakeries, wedding centers, etc. and now Kim Davis.
There are more people who believe in God in this country than those who promote this twisted agenda. It doesn’t matter if you’re Jewish or any Christian denomination, it’s time to take a stand for this woman.

Judges and courts do not make law. She is not in violation of any so called law.
