Is she conservative? Is she a Christian? I don’t know. All I know is that she identifies with the dem party and ran as a dem. The democrat party supports gay marriage and abortion.
How can someone claim they are a Christian and have anything to do with this party? She claims to be standing on principle. Okay then. Where was her principles when she stood with the dem party.
You can’t pick and choose. Either you stand for Christian beliefs or you don’t. There is no way the democrat party stands for Christian beliefs. I don’t care if you are from the south or not.

Just speculating here, but perhaps the county is heavily Democrat. In many places a Republican has very little to no chance of being elected to any office. It’s true where I live. Here, we have only one party, but on the off chance someone wants to run as a Republican, he has to be liberal.
There was a time when we had conservative Democrats — conservative on social issues, but not on fiscal and diplomatic issues. Those days are gone.
By the same token, there are few conservative Republicans. These days there is little to no difference between the two parties. If I had my way, conservatives would bolt from the Republican Party and let it die on the vine.

All I can say is that you'd better card all your neighbors, friends and relatives to see if they're Democrats, or, worse, yet, if they're Christian Democrats.
If they don't pass your litmus test that they can't be both, you better discard and disown all of them immediately, never to associate with them again....because, being Democrats, they're okay with "death and perversion" and can't be Christians.

I'll wager a good percentage of your friends, family and neighbors are Christians AND Democrats and are crawling with fleas. You will be a very lonely person one of these days.
