When a scandal involves a democRAT, the story is about how the mean rotten Republicans are trying to use a tragedy for crass political gain; and
when a scandal involves a Republican, run stories on the scandal 24/7 until said Republican either resigns or is jailed.
Remember: a smoking gun means you’ve already shot your load.

Some of the just-released missives deal with Iran, Israel and Russia, reports CBS News correspondent Nancy Cordes.
Cordes points to one exchange in which Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan tells Clinton he can’t forward her a document she wants because it’s “on the classified system.”
Clinton writes back, “It’s a public statement! Just email it.”
Sullivan responds, “Trust me, I share your exasperation. But until ops converts it to the unclassified email system, there is no physical way for me to email it. I can’t even access it.”
This is the simple way to explain it.
She wrote the email. It couldn’t have had the government markings on it because the government didn’t even know about the email. Because it was on her damned private server!

This is a smokescreen. The question here is not “Did Hillary Clinton commit a technical violation of some law nobody cares about except the VRWC?”, but, rather, “Why did the whole Clinton crime family take the enormous risk in creating this system, and what did they gain from it?”
The accidental mishandling of classified information was not the PURPOSE of the “server” (actually, the “server” is shorthand for a very involved communications system which involved dozens of people).
Discovery of the true PURPOSE of the “server” will disclose the true nature of the multiple crimes it was , no doubt, created to conceal.
One smoking gun that hasn’t gotten any traction yet. The State Department didn’t issue a Blackberry for Hillary. She was using her own personal device which would have gone over a public carrier network. Pictures of her using her BB were plastered everywhere. It is a virtual certainty that the phone calls, texts and emails sent to or from that device were intercepted by multiple parties.

No question Hillary violated the law with her emails, she did in fact commit treason, the back story to all this the Clinton Foundation a consummate money laundering scheme.
