Do legal Hispanics or their descendants have a history of voting conservative?

Cubans do, certainly. I dont think other hispanics do but they are religious and naturally, socially conservative. Reaching out to them, possibly in their own language, might work. I am an optimist by nature but this is an effort worth making. I only wish it were someone other than Bush.
