FULL TITLE: Embattled Kentucky clerk who opposes gay marriage unwittingly gave marriage license to transgender couple: report
Kentucky's Rowan County clerk Kim Davis, who's defying the U.S. Supreme Court by refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples, unwittingly granted one to a transgender couple, according to a report.
Camryn Colen, who is transgender, and his wife Alexis, said they obtained a marriage license in February from Davis' office, without being asked to present a birth certificate for Colen, who is identified as a female on the document, the couple told The Courier-Journal.

Hoo-freaking-ray!
It’s called FRAUD.
This country is a freak show. ISIS will really have fun with us . . . soon.
High five.
RE: Transgendered couple
When she issued the marriage license, Did she believe they were MAN and WOMAN?
If so, they TRICKED her.
The whole thing is a trick.
Kim Davis...I support her but I have to laugh on the Trannies getting a marriage license from her
Unfortunately, the idiots responsible never receive the just dues of their actions.
The snarling mad dogs go after us while the “masters” stay in their walled communities.
And the GOPe consultants can’t understand why we would ever be upset enough to pull the lever for Trump.
And I’m sure the New York Daily News thinks this is really funny. Ha. Ha. Ha.
Next thing you know they’ll put a burning bag of dog poop on her porch, ring the doorbell and run.
They lied on a legal document. Then their "marriage" isn't legal by any sense of the word. Bring them up on charges and fine them.
It’s because you have to laugh that we are in the state we are in. This is Alinskyism...they picked a target and are freezing and polarizing it. They want you in on the joke, regardless of whether you support her or not.
There, that's better....
Grow the f___ up.
Uh... Trump would foist this on us as well. He's one of the "move on from gay marriage" crowd.
Probably so, but I like seeing the GOPe kingmakers getting all hot and bothered.
I guess they need to add a little booth with a curtain where she can go in and check and make sure everyone is properly “affixed.”
I couldn't care less if they are hot and bothered, I want them to LOSE to a conservative.
You know, if we conservatives EVER hope to reverse the slide of this country, we need to have enough elected officials in key places to be able to pass legislation that we like (or stop legislation that we don't).
What you don't understand is that IMMIGRATION is THE key issue of this or any election. This election is as important as the one in 1860, and for substantially the same reason - i.e. it will answer whether this nation to continue on as before, or not.
You see, if the Dems win, or the wrong Republican does, then we get amnesty and the Dems get 30 million new voters in a short period of time. After that, AND FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES, the Dems win on EVERY issue: they win on taxes, gun control, national defense, the environment, abortion, foreign relations, who gets appointed to the federal courts...AND ON SOCIAL ISSUES LIKE MARRIAGE AND RELIGIOUS LIBERTY.
IOW, if the Dems win or the wrong Republican does, then no other issues matter, now and forever, because we will lose on every one of them. They have been working toward this for literally the last 50 years, since Ted Kennedy proposed the 1965 immigration act and it got jammed through and signed by LBJ. Oh, and so far the ONLY candidate to come out 100% in favor of stopping ALL new illegal immigrants, and sending as many illegals out as possible, stopping anchor babies, etc., etc. is the same Donald Trump that you apparently have utter contempt for...and, BTW, he's the same Donald Trump who is polling decently among Dems and Indies, unlike every Republican.
So keep it up, you may help destroy the only apparent hope that this country has to survive, because all the rest (with the possible exception of Cruz) are pretty much just fine with the status quo, or are unelectable, or both.
FYI, if you don't believe me about the importance of immigration, then read Coulter's "Adios America." It is EXTREMELY eye-opening and, whether you like/respect her at all, is so full of facts that the notes take about 50% as much space as the text.
Why not just elect a solid conservative tough on the breaking of immigration laws AND on all the other “social” issues? These are not neglected, even over a few election cycles, without a serious cost.
