Random windows broken in unoccupied vehicles is one thing. All these people getting shot at while driving down the rode is something else. This many is not a coincidence. Hope the cops are studying the timeline and monitoring surveillance cameras. The guy stayed in Phoenix long enough to establish some sort of video unless he was smart enough to change rental cars. But rental leases would look suspicious, too.
