Another Muslim workplace lawsuit from CAIR in order to impose Islam on the workplace. This is what they do.
A Muslim flight attendant has filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claiming she was suspended from her job for not serving alcohol.
Why would a devout Muslim want to be a flight attendant when half your job is serving alcohol?
This is just like the devout Muslim who sued soft porn retailer Abercrombie and Fitch because she wanted to wear the hijab.
The EEOC is suing Star Transport for rightfully terminating two Muslims who refused to do their job. If these Muslim truck drivers don’t want to deliver alcohol, then they shouldn’t have taken a job in which part of their duties would be to deliver alcohol. It’s that simple.
But no, Islamic supremacists chip, chip, chip away at the establishment clause, and in doing so, impose Islam on the secular marketplace. Muslim lawsuits against Hertz, Wal-Mart, Target, Disney and a host of other American businesses for special rights, special accommodation have been largely successful creating a special rights for a special class of people — which is an accordance with Islam (in which Muslims are superior to the kuffar). But it goes against every American tenet of individual rights and separation of mosque and state. Someone ought to remind the EEOC that their name is Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Equal as in no special rights for any particular class.

Every accommodation gives way to more demands. Everywhere American mores conflict with sharia, it is our mores that must give way.

Lena Masri, an attorney for the Council of American Islamic Relations Michigan (CAIR), says Charee Stanley followed management’s directions, working out an arrangement with her coworkers to accommodate passenger requests for alcohol.
Million bucks says the airline will be forced to employ her and allow her to refuse to serve alcohol.
Meanwhile, christians are threatened with fines and jail for not taking pictures and baking cakes.
Imagine what would have happened if they made her serve cake to a gay couple....
Soon, Muslims will be filing lawsuits against having to serve infidels on account of them being unclean.
She refused to carry out her duties as a airline stewardess. Fire her.

How come muzzies can refuse to do basic responsibilities of their jobs because it violates their religious principles and win in court, yet christians will be compelled to bake for gays or lose everything by those same courts?

If christians started killing folks like muslimes do.... would our freedom or religion be more sacred to scared libs?

Some are more equal than others.
There is at least one key difference.
When the clerk took the job it wasn’t required she issue same sex marriage licenses. In other words it wasn’t what she signed up for.
When the stewardess took the job, it was an expected part of the job from the start. It is what she signed up for and is now balking after the fact.
I believe they are along the same lines and had the same thought.
But: There *is* a difference in that the stewardess knew from the beginning (well I can only assume so) that serving alcohol was part of the job, whereas the clerk had the newly-imposed req’ment to issue licenses to SS couples *after* she took the job.
Is there a difference? I am not strong on the clerk refusing to issue licenses. She was not hired for her religious acumen nor is exerting same part of her job description. She agreed to follow the law. Like it or not, the law changed.
And there is a difference with the bakers who were sued, as they, being self-employed, had discretion. And I am equally disdainful of the outcome as anyone here.

Leave the door open and have the pilot do a few barrel rolls. You know how bad those workplace accidents can be.
