Their field of battle is far larger than just Congress...The people that set policy belong to think tanks and other groups, ie, the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderbergers, etc...
The interesting thing about these groups is that they don’t change people from one Presidential administration to another...Obama’s advisers are the same advisers that Bush had...The policies and goals don’t change...And there are thousands of those people roaming the halls of Congress...
The FBI, CIA and all the other alphabet agencies...I can’t imagine those groups allowing Trump or Cruz to get anywhere near the Whitehouse...It’s going to be interesting...
