Sn. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) seems to be biding his time while Trump-mania burns itself out. Unlike Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, he has not become a human pretzel trying to imitate Donald Trump. Unlike Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.), he is not trying to become the Trump Mini-me. Unlike Jeb Bush, who had an uneven debate performance, Rubio rarely makes a bad showing. The day before both he and Walker were due to give competing foreign policy speeches, Rubio went on Hugh Hewitts radio show. Again he demonstrated why, in terms of political talent, he has no equal. He will be among a handful of contenders able to unite a post-Trump party.
Rubio brushed aside Hillary Clintons attacks. (Look, shes a failing candidate, has no credibility, being exposed for being deceitful on the whole issue of her server, compromised the national security of the United States.) He pivoted to offense, going after her abortion extremism: Hillary Clinton voted against the partial birth abortion ban, which an overwhelming majority of Americans support, and she voted against it.

This is one interesting election cycle ..... my wife is goiung to divorce me for sure.
Ole Jen has a stash of dynamite weed
Mario should challenge Hillary. He’d have a really good shot.
Wow. The left is doing all it can to build up opponants to Trump.
Rubio offers everything except leadership. He is a fine senator and should stay there.
And honesty.
Good idea. Let Rubio, Jebbie and Carson run as democrats, challenge Hildabeast, then flip back to rhinos once they get the nomination.
He’s not even that good a senator, but he follows direction well. Give him a new boss and he’d be ok.
remedial ??? Special Ed ???
Political skills are why we are in our current mess. We need people who put America first and election or re-election a very distant second. People who are humble and know they are not ‘gods’.
Oh another article from Magical Thinking Land.
Nobody is going to forget just how swiftly the junior senator from Florida joined the “gang of eight” to push for amnesty and open borders.
He has cemented his legacy as a primary example of the type of politician who will say anything to get elected, and then immediately join the DC uni-party circuit.
He won't get the nomination.Frankly I'm shocked he even tried for it after his stupid stunt in ostentatiously joining the RINOs NWO cabal.
Rubin’s glowing endorsement is the proverbial “kiss ‘o death” for Rubio. Unlike Rubin, conservatives are not swayed by his boyish good looks. We remember him as part of the infamous “Gang of Eight” who attempted to pass a bill allowing a path to citizenship for illegal aliens.
At this point, outside of a major gaffe or some undisclosed personal information that is devastating, I don’t see any realistic way that Trump could not get the nomination.
haha— he is doing so amazing he is dive-bombing in the polls— what a great analysis by this writer..
WaPo is propping up Rubio because he is against closing the anchor baby loophole which puts him in liberal democrat territory.
The left is scared to death of that loophole being closed and of the border being secured. It would mean they would have to be more patient for the browning of America to happen and for whites to become the minority which will happen anyway; it’ll just take longer.
