Is taking a dump on the subway considered an “assault?”

Is taking a dump on the subway considered an assault? Of course not. That's considered "artistic expression".

Its easy pickings for muggers to assault those they know are unarmed. Lack of self defense for victims will be a Democrat party presidential race promise.

This is the first article that I have read that implicates “Diversity.”

Rudy was a little weak on national issues, but he certainly earned the title America’s Mayor.

I believe it but how are De Blasio’s policies causing crime to increase in New York?

More headline-grabbing fear mongering by the Post. To put this in perspective, approximately 1.7
billion people ride the NYC subway each year (~5 million each weekday, ~2.5 million each weekend day). Since these numbers are for a period of around 7 months, let's call it about an even billion rides on the subway for .
The difference between 122 and 151 assaults over that time period is not exactly a sign of a massive crime wave.

We all know that the increase in attacks is the increase in white people attacked by nonwhite people.
Out country has become less safe in the last 7 years for people with pale skin. Instances of white people getting cold-cocked or randomly attacked and beaten while walking down the street has skyrocketed here. It’s categorized as “simple assault” because they were not robbed, just attacked and beaten.
I try to reinforce that fact onto my wife, who is a Pollyanna about personal safety. She has the typical small town mentality that everyone is her friend or her potential friend.
She works from home now all day, alone. We just had to replace our front door lock. It looked like someone tried to use a screwdriver to gain access, but failed.

HELLO... Paul Kersey... Paul Kersey.. please answer the courtesy phone in the lobby...Charles Bronson played a milquetoast accountant in the original Death Wish movie, until events forced his hand. When showbiz roles are cast, actors are selected based on facial type. The amusing thing is - if there's one type that no one would use to classify Charles Bronson's mug, it's mild-mannered office worker. Bronson was Lipka Tatar on his dad's side. It wouldn't surprise me if he were a direct descendant of Genghis, and that there was some distant family resemblance to the Mongol ruler himself.

No “broken windows “ policing. Aggressive panhandlers have returned. Never co-ordinates with ICE on illegals. Steet bums untouched. Turnstile jumping unpoliced.
Lots of little liberties allowed that makes the borderline criminals feel empowered.

It's the liberal world view taking hold:
- Almost any behavior is acceptable.
- It's okay to kill police.
- White lives don't matter.
- American culture and traditions no longer have meaning or value.
- Being judgemental or discriminating against bad taste and bad conduct is not acceptable.
