A gunman killed a reporter and videographer for a CBS affiliate in Virginia in a shooting that was broadcast live Wednesday morning.
Alison Parker and Adam Ward, a reporter and cameraman for CBS Roanoke affiliate WDBJ-TV, died in the shooting, Parker's mother confirmed to CBS News.
WDBJ-TV reports that deputies from Franklin County and Bedford County were on the scene.
The shooting happened at Bridgewater Plaza in Moneta, Virginia.
It’s satire.
Leave out the “two privileged white people” sentence, and you very well might be considered a prophet. That’s the only part of your post that made me suspicious.
Yeah, we all knew this was coming. I’m sure Trump and the other candidates will be peppered daily with questions about gun control and race. But I think everybody is sick and tired of all the media manipulation and sees through it. I think the media will be happy until they start a civil war.
Another odd thing is that he made it easy to catch him. He stayed on interstates where he could be more easily tracked.
You rent the car and then you go to a parking lot to switch plates with someone. Then you take the back roads. Remove the car insignia so people don’t know it is a Sonic. Slap 2 or 3 bumper stickers on it so it doesn’t look like a rental.
And if you are going to shoot someone with a camera, hide your dam face.
Flanagan had a LOT in common with Christopher Dorner.
Correcting, and making it a standalone thread.
I think he wanted to be seen, tho.
You never know these days. LOL
In the 23-page document faxed to ABC News, the writer says MY NAME IS BRYCE WILLIAMS and his legal name is Vester Lee Flanagan II. He writes what triggered todays carnage was his reaction to the racism of the Charleston church shooting:
Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15
What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims initials on them.”
It is unclear whose initials he is referring to. He continues, As for Dylann Roof? You (deleted)! You want a race war (deleted)? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE (deleted)!!! He said Jehovah spoke to him, telling him to act.
Later in the manifesto, the writer quotes the Virginia Tech mass killer, Seung Hui Cho, calls him his boy, and expresses admiration for the Columbine High School killers. Also, I was influenced by SeungHui Cho. Thats my boy right there. He got NEARLY double the amount that Eric Harris and Dylann Klebold got just sayin.’”
In an often rambling letter to the authorities, and family and friends, he writes of a long list of grievances. In one part of the document, Williams calls it a Suicide Note for Friends and Family.”
—He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work —He says he has been attacked by black men and white females —He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man
Yes, it will sound like I am angry...I am. And I have every right to be. But when I leave this Earth, the only emotion I want to feel is peace....
The church shooting was the tipping point but my anger has been building steadily...Ive been a human powder keg for a while just waiting to go BOOM!!!!
Headshot used for getting acting/modeling gigs back when lol, the 42-year-old wrote on Aug. 20. And, wasnt I a cute baby?
Hell yeah Ive been a high paid companion. You wish u could too!! Lol," he said in another tweet.

It was in his manifesto—He says has suffered racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work —He says he has been attacked by black men and white females —He talks about how he was attacked for being a gay, black man
Black 6’3” 250 pounders are such easy targets for bullies.
Whoa.
In 2000, Flanagan filed a discrimination lawsuit against a Tallahassee television station where he worked, according to online court records.
The court records have been purged, and details of the cases outcome were unclear.
At the time the lawsuit was filed, the Tallahassee Democrat reported that Flanagan had worked for WTWC-TV, the area’s NBC affiliate, for about a year before claiming he was fired after complaining about racist comments made by station officials.
Flanagan claimed in the lawsuit that said he and another black employee were referred to as “monkeys” and that a supervisor once told him that “blacks are lazy and do not take advantage of free money” for scholarships and economic opportunities, the newspaper reported.
He said when he cited his own background of nearly seven years in television, going back to internships at San Francisco State University, the supervisor told him he was an “exception,” the lawsuit alleged.
A Tallahassee attorney listed in court records as Flanagans attorney did not immediately return a call.
In an interview with the Tallahassee Democrat at the time the lawsuit was filed, Flanagan said his employers reaction was more of arrogance and retaliation they told me, This is war, and there would be no compromise.
According to a bio posted on a LinkedIn account connected to Flanagan, the longest he worked at any TV station was 28 months.
Was a victim his whole life—po’ little puty tat!
Never-mind the real victims of today’s tragedy. May they RIP!
The lawsuit against WDBJ was filed in March 2014
and dismissed in July 2014
is there a link to manifesto
You’re so right.
