Fox News chief intel correspondent Catherine Herridge revealed that “email from aide Huma Abedin to Mrs. Clinton that kickstarted the FBI probe contained classified information from three intelligence agencies: the DIA, the NSA and the NGA.”

Herridge, reporting on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” Tuesday stated, “All three agencies have confirmed the intelligence was classified when it was sent three years ago and remains classified to this day.”

Any high government official (particularly the Secy of State) to utilize a non-government computer for day-to-day communications in the performance of their job is in violation of US ntl security laws in dozens of ways:

<><> emails emanating from Hillary's private server contained classified ntl security data;

<><> the US govt tech system is really fussy----particularly about emails from the US State Dept;

<><> a govt official (particularly the Secy of State) cannot simply buy a brand new computer with licenses and programs and expect to have it certified;

<><> US govt officials are required to have a government-purchased computer, set up by the govt, utilizing a CACC card cleared technician;

<><> even the calendar and datebook of the Secy of State is considered classified information.

You can sometimes know what to know just by the defensive statements coming out. This current defense narrative pretty well much assures us that Hillary has been nailed dead to rights. The State Department (a Department that Hillary lead at that time) Writes it off as a misunderstanding (surely the DOJ will be more than happy to oblige), or Huma takes the fall. She's not dropping. She's pushing forward. She can weather the storm with a compliant DOJ and a compliant Obama. Don't be taken in by the obvious leaks from the Obama camp looking like they're discouraging Hilley from continuing on. It could be a different game that they are playing than what we're assuming. I'm convinced that Hillary, once this becomes "old news" is still the best shot for the white house 2016.
