McALLEN, TEXAS As Donald Trump did last month, Jeb Bush will visit the U.S.-Mexico border Monday. As Trump did, Bush will meet with local officials to discuss immigration policy and border security during his one-day trip.
That's where the similarities stop.
The former Florida governor's trip has been framed as a Trump contrast tour, designed to highlight the sharp differences between his plan and the current Republican front-runner's. Bush previewed the message last week:
Bush is the only candidate in the presidential field who has put forward a serious, conservative, comprehensive set of solutions to fix our broken immigration system," the campaign said in its guidance to reporters on Monday's trip. "His plan stands in stark contrast to the $500 billion+ plan offered by Donald Trump," it said.

Sure. It will cost a lot less when you don’t have to build a wall.
They should search Bush’s car before he leaves. He will probably try to smuggle a couple of illegals in his trunk.
“I have a cute little Mexicano wife, and I speak real good Spanish lingo.!”
“I just Love everybody. Won't you please love me too?”
Going to the border to speak some Mexicanish and kiss some ***
Will Yeb be passing out Teddy Bears, like Glenn Beck.
So Jeb will be meeting with those crossing the border and ask they how American taxpayers can make their trip easier and more fruitful?
With Hillary slumping and Biden considering a run, it has to be bleak days in Bushville.
If Dems actually have to vote in their own primaries, and Democrat Op Chaos 2016 is a no-go, Jeb will be in big trouble.
Check Jeb’s trunk for illegals on re-entry.
ROFL
So we finally found one issue on which Bush is contrasting himself vs. the other candidates on cutting government spending -- instead of building a border fence like Trump, Bush would do nothing and save $500 billion. What a joke.
If he does a photo op and blathers nebulous solutions, he will not only draw a contrast, he will end his campaign.
People want action, not platitudes.
So. Is he driving the coyote van?
Here ya' go, Jeb.
Now go away.
Well, except for that trillion $$ or so in welfare benefits for the illegal swarms.
He is going to meet with local officials...from Mexico?
Wouldn’t it be fun to hand out flyers with Bush’s address that says that is where the illegals should go to get their free benefits for crossing the border.
and keep heading South Jebbie....Columbia has nice ocean views
Looking for love in all the wrong places...
