The DHS has been releasing illegal immigrants with violent criminal records back into local U.S. communities, where they have often gone on to commit violent crimes against American citizens, according to new disclosures by a leading lawmaker and local law enforcement agencies.
Rep. Matt Salmon (R., Ariz.) and law enforcement officials petitioned the Obama administration to end a policy that enables illegal immigrants with criminal records to be released back into the US.
Arizona law enforcement officials announced on Tuesday that three illegal aliens with violent criminal records had been released by DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) back onto the streets, where they went on to commit crimes including kidnapping and murdering an infant.
The release of criminals from countries such as Iraq, Sudan, and Russia prompted Salmon to petition DHS “to stop freeing violent criminals who are in our country illegally,” according to a letter sent to the department and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
At least 3 illegal aliens released by DHS in recent weeks have been charged with serious crimes, including the beating of a 7-week-old baby and immolation of a person, according to local law enforcement and Salmon.
“Despite the repeated attacks on American citizens by illegal aliens released from our jails, DHS refuses to stop freeing violent criminals who are in our country illegally,” Salmon wrote in his letter to DHS. “Just today, we learned of three more individuals set free on law-abiding Arizonans by the DHS. Their crimes included the beating to death of a seven-week-old baby and the stabbing, beating, and immolation of a police informant.”
One of those released is accused of kidnapping and murdering a police informant “by taking him to a wilderness area where he beat, stabbed, and lit his gasoline-soaked body on fire,” according to Salmon.

If the Arizona legislature can get a mandatory castration bill (castration before starting their prison sentence) passed for anyone who commits a rape, we’d have a lot less filthy illegals out there raping . Simple as that. Pass the legislation.

Its long past time for border states to take matters into their own hands.
It is up to the cities, county and state to determine where they release inmates when their time in custody is over. The feds have no say in the matter.
Any Mexican national convicted of a felony with a previous deportation should be walked through the turnstile at the Mexican border and then released.
Its perfectly legal and the feds could do nothing.
People don't understand that after an alien has been convicted of a felony and deported his immigration case has already been adjudicated. The removal/deportation order remains in effect.
He is not entitled to another deportation hearing, only expedited removal.

My cousin & her husband were both killed by an illegal in a car wreck. He was drunk & driving without a license. My cousin had children & both she & her husband were hard-working, churchgoing American citizens. This was several years ago. Don’t know what happened to the illegal; of course, he wasn’t hurt in the accident.

The 3 criminals are from different countries - like Sudan, Iraq, and Russia, not Mexico.
Convicted of crimes, and released into community.
If Americans were convicted we would have to serve 85% of sentence, these illegals only have to serve 50%.
The excuse ICE is using is that there are no legitimate travel documents, because they are here illegally.
