WASHINGTON Hundreds of U.S. government employees including some with sensitive jobs in the White House, Congress and law enforcement agencies used Internet connections in their federal offices to access and pay membership fees to the cheating website Ashley Madison, The Associated Press has learned.
The AP traced many of the accounts exposed by hackers back to federal workers. They included at least two assistant U.S. attorneys; an information technology administrator in the Executive Office of the President; a division chief, an investigator and a trial attorney in the Justice Department; a government hacker at the Homeland Security Department and another DHS employee who indicated he worked on a U.S. counterterrorism response team.

And it is EXCLUSIVELY liberals because actual conservatives aren’t cheating on their spouses.”
Also libtards have delusions of grandeur about how smart they are. They are always sure they can fool everyone, their wives, the voters, their employer websites, porn sites, yada yada yada.
Wow you are quick to judge. Judging others is a sin.
So despite what you think, you are not without sin
You can get it at all the major torrent sites as well, places like Pirate Bay, Kickass Torrents.
The title ‘Conservative’ is meaningless, I’m a Nationalist.
Start printing the names.
Oh I have PLENTY of sins on my rap sheet. But screwing over my family isn’t one of them. Nor is providing cover for those that do.
We judge every day in all things. So unless discernment gets a new definition we probably should keep doing it.
And? Did they benefit or harm the idea of conservatives holding themselves to a higher standard than human garbage?
Wait, I didn’t see what you are responding to but in itself how can judging others be a sin? God tells us all kinds of things in the Bible that are sinful and which we should stay away from He also gives us reasoning and the ability to see right from wrong so how can we just go “blind” and not judge anything? Further, let’s just get rid of the courts then cause how can a judge or jury of peers judge someone’s deeds after all?
I know.
Seeing mentions of 'Ashley Madison' I think cupcakes, and stuff.
“Life is short. Have an eclair!”
Claire?
Now I'm backsliding, again.
Check out the cupcakes on those two.
ha-ha. tricked you, didn't I?
Its the same song, with some interesting star gazing sort of imagery that is all but ruined with a phony flying saucer that I *think* is somebody's cd player, and an old Plymouth getting in the way.
that has happened , there is loads of pastebin lists already on full display and some of the rougher websites have taken the lists and directly posted on AM users facebook, linkedin, twitter etc stating who was cheating and using those sites to contact partners. its going to be a bloodbath out there.
despite the salacious nature, my interest in this is the security aspect, part of my job is linked a little to technology security. it really looks like AM did very little to secure their data. what companies need to see is this leak has destroyed that company, they are toast and the legal aspects have not even started yet. wait till the ‘i was divorced and lost everything but was not a member because someone used my email and i want 100 million’ cases start. there was one post on reddit about a saudia arabian national who is gay and who was begging to get his name removed since he risks a beheading.
most companies dont realise that the vast majority of leaks lead to financial disaster (cant remember the actual % but it in the 70-80% range from memory). they think because they are not in this market (i.e the Ashley M market) they are somehow different. that is not the way hacking groups work, they want easy targets with even a vague link to something they are blaming for the worlds ills. they also use your hacked password as they know most people use the same pwds again and again.
what is also amazing is the number of people using work emails as their contact, which in a lot of companies will be a fire-able offense (you need to check your employers contract).
this is before the stored pictures and emails of the members even appear not to mention their credit card details.
this is a 37 million person disaster that is going to keep on giving. the data is now out on the web. there is no way to recover it or hide it or wish it away. so for example once the data is fully searchable (and it will be soon), a future employer/spouse/partner will see it pop up on searches... your email id, your name, your address, the pictures you sent to a contact, the people you contacted, the emails you wrote...everything....
honestly within a week or so, the first suicides/murders will appear related to this. does that sound like i am exaggerating...?? sure it does, but i am not, watch and remember...this has only just started...
You just know if this were the previous Bush administration, AP would hardly be so scrupulous about not giving names of high level government officials
Someone needs to give actual names of everyone logging on with .gov address
Ed
"Conservative" in the U.S. is a political and legal worldview involving constitutional principals, and protecting rights. It is not some moralistic lifestyle choice. You don't get to just make up definitions.
You got that right judging-if I’m allowed-from this thread.
You don’t get to just make up definitions.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
I don’t know about that.
I grew up with ‘gay’ meaning, carefree, happy, exciting - (Get a laugh out of those 40’s/50’s movies where someone declares “I feel so Gay tonight”)
Also the D were the red states till we woke up one morning and WE were considered the red states (some Lib was ‘smart enough’ to figure Red went Commie OR the Lib wasn’t smart enough at all, he heard Rush or some other R mention it)
If we - at 5 or 6 - would have drawn a picture of a gun we wouldn’t have been ostracized for the rest of our lives - IN FACT, if - at that age - You could have drawn what the least skeptic of people THOUGHT was a gun, they would have said you had a potential career as an artist.
Because the Bible tells us so.
You’re assuming and making an ass of yourself.
What the hackers are doing is wrong. It was a sin. So you’re saying that in condemning one sin people are condoning the sin of adultry. Perhaps you just like wagging your finger at others.
Same here. Does that mean I’m guilty of gluttony?
Oh? Conservative principles aren’t derived from the basic morality of Judeo-Christiandom?
Fidelity isn’t part and parcel of Conservative thought? Loyalty? Respect?
I don’t know why half the people on this thread are even on a supposedly conservative website if you guys really believe that. But it does explain the situational ethics on display.
