Interesting that traditionally candidates used Iowa and NH to propel them into the real primaries. It seems Trump and others are using momentum in the rest of the country to propel them into Iowa and NH.

It's as if we're watching a candidate position and market himself to the public who is operating on a totally different level than the other candidates.
