..... A right ..... Until it's amended ..... then problem fixed.

Those that exist presently in this country should be made to prove and claim their citizenship upon turning 18 or 21 then go through the immigration process at that time like the rest of the legal applicants. Until then the so called anchor babies should either return with their parents to some other country outside of the US and apply from there.

..... Of course there will be a few exceptions but those exceptions should not become the rule for everyone else.

It's not a "take". It's explicitly in the Constitution.

Article III--In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.

Of course they could try to ignore it. That's why you put criminal penalties for usurpation of power if the justices if they try to rule on it anyway.

I will not support Jeb under any conditions. If the corportist wing of the GOP nominates him than I hope the Dems nominate Sanders. I would like to see them “working with the Dems to get things done” with him. He says he will enforce our immigration laws and that would be fine with me and if he goes after the country clubbers money, after nominating Jeb, that is fine with me.

Amending the Constitution to remove birthright citizenship is no big deal.....

Congress passed the 26th Amendment in March 1971 (to lower the voting age).

It was promptly ratified by the states in a matter of months ..... President Richard M. Nixon signed it into law in July 1971.

I wouldn’t write off a President Trump lobbying hard to update the Constitution to end Anchor Babies. It will be VERY HARD for any Republican and even many Democrats to resist him.
