Fox held the 17th annual Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, but parts of the show seemed a little too grown up for the teen audience.
"I'm glad to meet you. Turn up, girl, blow the speaker yeah, think about it now blow the speaker," Flo Rida rapped at the Teen Choice Awards.

And for an ultimate propaganda carrier, Ellen DeGeneres was allowed to be "comedian of the year" (when did she start doing comedy again??)....and was given a platform to give a speech encouraging kids to ignore traditional morality and do whatever their idols tell them to do.
My God, these people are putting our kids on a pathway to hell - literally.
When did she ever start???
In our children we see our future demise. Our culture is far gone.
Its sad but its also pathetic. This is the rotten corpse of 1960s “free love” culture. Corporatized sexuality being sold to 13 year olds in a ceremony designed to sell media content. What does liberal culture have to say to kids these days? The message is basically screw whoever or whatever you want to and “be somebody”, which usually translates into getting a job on the government teat for the rest of your life as some type of “social activist.”
Trash is trash.
ALL aimed at the kids.
Carefully calculated.
You’re not kidding.
I teach voice and other instruments, and a lot of my students are multi-talented. That means they go to dance school, Broadway camp, School of Rock, and other ‘classes” to hone their craft.
At the end of the summer, when they start their music lessons with me again, I notice a very strident, bellowing, age-inappropriate, sexually charged, overly “sophisticated” aura to their performances. It takes me the entire school year to train their voices back to a healthy norm...and then it’s SUMMER again. Argh!
While I am happy that they are continuing to seek music education during summer vacation, I LOATH the direction most of these schools and camps take them. And the parents don’t seem to have a clue.
When my son turned 13, years ago, we had a pizza sleepover party for him and his friends. I went to Blockbuster to get a movie.
I agonized over what to get until I found “My Own Private Idaho”. The notes on the back said it was about 2 young friends traveling across country, having hilarious adventures, in a “coming of age saga.” Rated PG-13.
So I’m thinking, Tom and Huck! Perfect!
Five minutes into the movie, my kid comes downstairs and says the movie was “kind of embarrassing” and he’d turned it off.
It was actually about 2 teenage male prostitutes, working their way across country. The opening scene showed Keanu Reeves giving a BJ to an old man... I only watched the first 5 minutes too. I took it back to Blockbuster and got my money back.
This was what Laura Schlesinger called “stealth porn” where it’s intentionally mislabeled. A lot of folks wouldn’t have turned it off, figuring they’d paid for it, so they might as well watch it.
Nowadays, there’s no stealth. We know in advance it’s trash, so we can avoid it. Households where this stuff is allowed are households where my grand kids don’t go. Period.
