A lot is happening at a very rapid rate. And with all the discussion thats been going on, Ive been kind of eager to get to you, and maybe help to give you a perspective. And I know that there have been comments made from this pulpitexceptionally helpful, clear, well-chosen comments on the issues that face our country today. But I need to just kind of add some of my own insights and perceptions, and then direct you to a particular portion of Scripture.
This country talks a lot about terrorist attacksand rightly so. Almost anybody in America can give you some kind of a listing of the most destructive acts of terror that have happened in our country. But let me suggest to you this: The two greatest attacks of terror on America were perpetrated by the Supreme Court. Not by any Muslim, but by the Supreme Court of the United States. The first one was the legalizing of abortion. Subsequent to that, there have been millions of babies slaughtered in the wombs of their mothers. Its incalculable to even comprehend that. The blood of those lives cries out from the ground for divine vengeance on this nation.
The second great act of terror perpetrated by the Supreme Court was the legalization of same-sex marriage. The destruction of human life in the wombin a sense, the destruction of motherhoodand now the destruction of the family itself. No bomb, no explosion, no attack, and no assault on people physically can come anywhere near that kind of terrorism. Our country is being terrorized by the people most responsible to protect itthose who are to uphold the law.
Just a few comments beyond that. No human court has the authority to redefine morality. But this human court has said murder is not murder; and marriage is not marriage; and family is not family. They have usurped the authority that belongs only to God...

I think you should be very careful in saying ‘ Trump does not fear God’
Only God knows what Trump fears and doesn’t fear....
Trump could have had a good foundation in the Presbyterian church of his youth.
And I believe we’re talking Calvinist Presbyterian of the 40’s and 50’s before the apostate USA Presbyterian set in.
His mother was Scottish.....and she was Presbyterian...( Perhaps John Knox influenced)
Have you ever heard or read in the Bible.....’Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it’
Trump has some rough edges........but God can and has used broken vessels for his purposes.
Before you dismiss him.....why don’t you pray for him.
I am.

I was not talking about changing laws on my post, I was talking about what their true beliefs were and which of the two would bring a better belief of God into the White House.
Sorry, I used a bad choice of words.
I should have used referenced “practice” in my approach.
I have reached a point in my physical and spiritual life where the little things are superceded by the big ones
Even Judas had a purpose
Paying special attention to verse 18. Sometimes He will not deliver us. We are still obligated stand firm.
We fundamentalist Baptists like him
Ezra 7:23-24King James Version (KJV)
23 Whatsoever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?
24 Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.
Preach it, brother.

Wow, that was great! This is the Gospel of the Kingdom that needs to be preached. As Keith Green sang, No Compromise.
Thanks very much for posting! If only this message were to ring from all America’s pulpits.
Thanks for posting this Jim!
Thank you for the great post, Mr. Robinson.
*smile*
In my heart I’m still a fundamentalist Baptist.....that is my heritage and all of my family still are...
....they are just now accepting I’m reformed Presbyterian (have been for almost 30 years)
Scratch many a reformed Presbyterian and you”ll find a fundamentalist Baptist background....
....God has room for both of us :)
Amen sister. We must open our eyes to Trump and learn to hold him to the standard he has agreed is the way to restore America.
There are 2 main issues with Trump. 1 - Can he be trusted. The corollary of trust is control. We celebrate that Trump is not controlled by corrupt politicians. 2 - Can he be controlled by the very principles he now espouses?
Much is not tested about this man. We must be sober in assessing him.
I believe this forum is critical in making these determinations. Pray for FR, for clarity, for Godly wisdom.
The law can be changed in the same way it was originally changed, by appointing Constitutional judges to the SCOTUS.
Indeed!...I am praying for discernment and wisdom.
Trump...in and of himself....cannot save us.
BUT GOD....if He so wills....can use Trump.....yes, Trump....to help us overcome the mess we’ve slid into.
I have prayed for mercy for our nation.....
....I didn’t know if we would receive mercy with the stench of over 50 million murdered babies ......and all the other vile acts we have sunk to...
...but He will have mercy on whom he will have mercy.
So I continue to pray.
And Donald Trump is the first human hope I’ve seen in a long time.
