Woody Bobward being asked to speak for some inexplicable reason.
He’s breaking Guinness records for saying nothing at a stake-driving pace. (running out the clock)
Yup. The reason she so utterly failed as SOS is because she lacked intelligence. That's going to be quite a compelling campaign slogan for her. "Elect me because I have no intelligence."
Careful there, we don't want to give her defense counsel any ideas!
Great catch Onix ben Carson was asked that very same question about the exception of death of the mother in relationship to abortion he said its a red herring since it almost never ever happens
Yeah he is.
My wife threw a bottle of this away. It was melting the refrigerator.
Olsen Johnson:
“Now who can argue with that? I think we’re all indebted to Gabby Johnson for clearly stating what needed to be said. I’m particulary glad that these lovely children were here today to hear that speech. Not only was it authentic frontier gibberish, it expressed a courage little seen in this day and age.”
That is so true, that stupid saying about the life of the mother.
Of course if a woman is pregnant and in danger of dying because of it (and just how likely is this?) she should be aborted.
No goofball would sit tall and say “Hell no, let the mother die, save the unborn child!” for God’s sake.
If you got a dollar for how often this sort of scenario happens on the planet earth you’d not be able to buy a Starbucks’ coffee with the money.
The way it works....and I know....you tell the doctor that without an abortion you might commit suicide for the fear.
Something like that.
The doctor then says it’s for the life of the mother who will kill herself if we don’t abort her baby now three days from birth.
Of course Carson knows this. It’s what he does after all and may he keep pointing out the silliness of this argument and how it essentially pees upon your feet and tells you it’s raining.
I thought YOU were Larry!
Anyway....you got a recipe for chili using a slow cooker, ground beef and beans around?
exactly fish and the great thing about when carson says this is he cannot be ignored
So true. Another important factor is the "tribal" mentality being pushed today by Progressives. It is becoming endemic in the culture and media and is enforced by both political correctness and government regulation.
So my therapist says I need to replace my daughter in my life.
No she’s not espousing I rid my life of my daughter although my daughter obviously wants ME out of her life for doctors, hospitals and such.
She just thinks I should begin doing other things during those times I once interacted with my daughter.
Like a man....my therapist says.
Heh.
I am now widowed for going on two and a half years and I suppose I could begin “dating”.
But hell, I’m 65 years old, I don’t think I could handle such a thing.
Anyway....loved Trey Gowdy....someday he too will be a presidential contender.
I predict.
Ole Jug Ears!
Excellent!! I really like Dr Carson, too.
Prior to Roe v Wade, my own cherished DrO delivered thousands of babies and never once came across a "life of the mother," incident.
By the time "life of the mother," applies, the baby is almost always viable outside the womb.
great post onyx. Thats why we need free republic to protect the rights of donald trump and anyone else
on another time mcdonald’s trump is man handling have to hit has to be seen to be the late he’s on another time donald trump this man handling have to it has to be seen to be believe he’s awesome
Just finished watching MTP. The contempt for Trump by Chuck Todd and his panel was palpable. I loved that Trump kept hitting Todd’s shoulder with his hand while he answered questions. They were standing in his plane. Todd tried to “talk over Trump” but he was having none of it.
Trump’s answers were very practical at times, which seemed to outrage Todd. ( ie the deal on Iran). Trump said by the time he gets to the WH, the deal will be in effect, but he intended to police it with a microscope. Todd took this to mean Trump was accepting the deal.
The panel all said sending the illegals back would never work etc etc etc. They were astonished that new poll today has Trump at 25% and Carson at 12%.
All in all, Trump is getting better in his interviews. More detail now . He also said “why would I show my hand” ahead of time re questions of “what would you do?”Todd took this to mean Trump didn’t have an answer.
