The truth of how Kayla Mueller, 26, died may never be discerned. However, despite the sadness at her needless death, the myth that she was wonderful altruistic young woman should be exposed. This is another Rachel Corrie propaganda story in the making, and the western media is falling for it again, or embracing it on purpose.
Kayla Mueller was a member of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM) who spent at least two years working with that terrorist support group. She was involved in demonstrations against the Jews in Sheikh Jarrah (part of East Jerusalem) after a 20 year long court decision recognized the Jews' legal rights to homes they were chased from in earlier wars launched by the Arabs. She also participated in demonstrations to interfere with the IDF demolishing the homes of terrorists and suicide bombers after the courts okayed the demolitions.

Speak no ill of the dead. Most people are objective about others, subjective about themselves. But who is willing to listen to criticism, who tries to surround themselves with people more intelligent than themselves, people who will tell them what they don’t know or, frankly, what they don’t particularly relish hearing. We’re all hypocrites, “actors”, but who among us, including me, really knows it. Time to shut up & listen.
For what it's worth, I, for one, am strongly criticizing Kaplan. An idealistic yet ignorant young woman gets murdered by savages. And this Kaplan fellow decides to heap scorn on this victim because she “participated” in some events that he, Kaplan, didn't like.

It is still horrible what happened to her. If you play with fire, you get burned.
It is helpful to tell the truth as a warning to others who might think like she did. This is what can happen. Still she did not deserve what she got and it is tragic.
He didn’t call her evil. Here’s what he said.

And that’s the absolute truth.
Just like Rachael Corrie, Kayla Mueller chose what she was willing to die for. We should all have something that we are willing to die for.
It is just a shame how worthless it is, the thing that she chose.

Sounds like another Rachel Corrie. Wouldnt wish them dead, but the people,who murdered them totally used them to their agendas/ends.
Other anti-Israel , Leftist , Islamo friendly American student activists types should take a good hard look at the fate of Kayla Mueller , before they find a muz b/f and run off to the M.E. to fulfill their Leftie dreams ….
PARENTS ! : take note if your college age girls are getting involved in this anti-Israeli activism stuff . LOOK at Kayla Muller . So sad about her ultimate fate , as it is now coming out , but ultimately it was her permissive Liberal parents fault that she met that kind of fate . It was….they failed their daughter miserably . She should have never been allowed to drift off into Leftist activism . They will have to live with their failing for the rest of their lives. I pray other parents use much more sense . Don’t let your daughters grow up to be Leftist anti-Israel activists !

I’ll save my sympathy for people who don’t support my enemies.
Stupid parents got her there, but in the end she was an adult. She chose her own death. There never has been a moderate Syrian rebel, EVER.
