Of course some little things have gotten in the way since then - Crimea, Eastern Ukraine, shooting down Airliners, Syria ... just a few minor things but Russia has a great memory. So now lets see how flexible Obama is?!

You bet that once Ted Cruz is elected President elect or about to be inaugurated, the Russians would not be trying this crap.
They can call all they want. It won’t be dismantled. It is defensive, not offensive.
The bad guys always feel threatened — when the good guys can protect themselves.

Lawmakers have not yet voted on the Iran-nuclear deal, and according to House Majority Leader, Kevin McCarthy there is a possibility that there might be enough votes to override a veto. So, it is too soon for Russia to use the Iran-nuclear as the reason there is no need for anti-ballistic missile in Europe , not that it is a valid reason.
