Trump is absolutely right. And Ted Cruz (Harvard AND Princeton) is just the man we want and need.
This comment disqualifies him as he cannot grasp what is important. We have had it with Ivy Leaguers as President and Supreme Court Justices.
Eh. I’m liking Trump but Ivy League hivemind is part of our problem, not a solution.

I think I would prefer someone who dropped out of our Socialist Indoctrination Centers (Colleges) and built a business, made payroll, and perhaps served his country in the Military.
As an Ivy Leaguer myself, I must say that the last thing that we need is an Ivy League mindset in the White House, or in government at large, for that matter.
He has some seriously brilliant competition in Cruz and Carson.

Cruz has the right idea - don’t criticize Trump. Allow him to hang himself, which he is doing (partially socialized medicine, OK w/ most of PP, favors progressive taxation, believes the “smart people” should run the country). Just sit back & enjoy the show.
Personally, I think the last thing we need are Ivy Leaguers in government, esp. the State Department. We have too many already and the ones currently in the government the source of much of the anti-American sentiment withing the Federal Government.
The Donald is wrong on this one. We have had an unbroken string of Ivy League presidents since GHWB up to Obama. How has that worked out for us?
And who was that guy that went to some obscure school. What was it called. Oh, yeah, Eureka College. The nation fell apart and the economy tanked with the graduate of that school. Right?
