Autopsy reports on the nine bikers killed in the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout were released Thursday morning by McLennan County Justice of the Peace W.H. Pete Petersons office.
The nine died as a result of one or more bullet wounds but ballistics reports are not included with the autopsy reports. The reports do not indicate who killed the men and most references to bullets refer to projectiles ranging in size from small to large.
Those listed in the autopsy reports include:
Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40, Allen, one gunshot wound in the head and one in the back.
Matthew Mark Smith, 27, Keller, one gunshot wound in the back and one in the abdomen.
Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, New Braunfels, one gunshot wound to the head and one in the back.
Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, Pasadena, one gunshot wound to the head.
Richard Vincent Kirschner Jr., 47, Wylie, one gunshot wound to the top of the head, one to the left knee and one in the buttocks.
Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, Fort Worth, one gunshot wound to the head.
Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, Waco, shot two times in the head.
Charles Wayne Russell, 46, Tyler, shot once in the chest.
Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, Ranger, shot once in the neck and once in the abdomen.
So you admit the police were there, in position, ready to kill people at the first sign of trouble?

Read my post, Mr. Alinsky.
“An absolutely senseless tragedy.”
All about territory, money and respect. Cossacks had no respect for the Bandidos patch or territory and didn’t pay their ‘dues’ to the local Bandido Confederation.
You aren’t in these woods to hunt, are you.
Performed by SWAT with lethal intentions.
No mention of caliber or bullet type....I see...
Man what an effing snow job
Can these bikers not muster up a rabble rouser lawyer or reporter to boost this crap to media
Mister Alinsky. LOL. That’s a good one.
Lol
You think average outlaw biker shoots better than .223 LEOs in tactical position with blood in their eyes or wherever
Shite
Those are effing cop kills
That is what this is all about
It’s a damned serious crime
Only folks here supporting the Out of control cops are a few South haters
Could be sniper shots. Or execution style. Meaningless without ballistics report.
Broden is good at working the media. They have him gagged (again.)
It was a Muslim wedding. The bikers were just shooting in the air and the police overreacted...........
Why didn’t i thnk of that. Muslim’s on harleys.
“The only thing we can gather from this is that many of tese must have been sniper head shots. But yes, where are the bullet tallies?”
Four bullets were recovered from head shots. One was fragmented and of an unidentified caliber.
THREE were of MEDIUM CALIBER which in the medical world means about .38 and definitely not .223.
“You think average outlaw biker shoots better than .223 LEOs in tactical position with blood in their eyes or wherever”
Three of the four head shots were identified as NOT .223. The fourth was fragmented and not identified.
“Could be sniper shots. Or execution style. Meaningless without ballistics report.”
Seven of nine identified bullets identified as medium caliber. That refers to .38 and similar.
Three head shots were identified. All THREE were of medium caliber.
“Those are effing cop kills”
Three of the identified head shots were medium caliber.
Two were identified as small caliber. One was to the buttocks, the other to the trunk.
So much for the sniper shots to the head cop killings theory.
Where were some of the shots identified as small caliber? I can’t find that in the press reports.
“Where were some of the shots identified as small caliber? I cant find that in the press reports.”
