Autopsy reports on the nine bikers killed in the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout were released Thursday morning by McLennan County Justice of the Peace W.H. Pete Petersons office.
The nine died as a result of one or more bullet wounds but ballistics reports are not included with the autopsy reports. The reports do not indicate who killed the men and most references to bullets refer to projectiles ranging in size from small to large.
Those listed in the autopsy reports include:
Manuel Issac Rodriguez, 40, Allen, one gunshot wound in the head and one in the back.
Matthew Mark Smith, 27, Keller, one gunshot wound in the back and one in the abdomen.
Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, 65, New Braunfels, one gunshot wound to the head and one in the back.
Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, Pasadena, one gunshot wound to the head.
Richard Vincent Kirschner Jr., 47, Wylie, one gunshot wound to the top of the head, one to the left knee and one in the buttocks.
Wayne Lee Campbell, 43, Fort Worth, one gunshot wound to the head.
Daniel Raymond Boyett, 44, Waco, shot two times in the head.
Charles Wayne Russell, 46, Tyler, shot once in the chest.
Jacob Lee Rhyne, 39, Ranger, shot once in the neck and once in the abdomen.
“Great work, so bullets killed them.”
No arrows so we can probably rule out an attack by wild Indians.
They also didn’t get killed by global warming.
Sniper?
If targets were not life threatening then its a clear case of over reacting
Boyett’s son, a Cossack, said his father was shot by a Bandido supporter when he was on the ground.
In a few boad categories, yes. Contact, vs. close distance, vs. distant, generally, The distinction between those types of wound pertains to powder burn and powder residue evidence.
This may be a new release, but the information pertaining to wound location has been out for months.
Depends on how you define Sniper I suppose. A headshot across a restaurant parking lot with an AR type rifle with a tactical scope is a pretty easy shot though.
I think this release gives slightly more detail. But, it is pretty much a nothing burger.
However the fact that they are dribbling it out at least reminds of what is NOT being shared.
To hear some people tell it the cops did it all.
So, still no coroner’s report. Does anyone still believe a thing these clowns have to say.
Who are you? No home page?
It does. Here is one of the earlier reports ...

Which perp? And to what belonging to the perp did it make sense?
“Sniper?

When you have 186 armed riotors, you tend to ‘over react’.
OTOH, bikers praised the cops for the professional job they did at Waco at stopping the riot and saving biker’s lives.
Interesting that the police were able to respond to reports of the fighting so quickly. How did they get there and respond so quickly? Time machine?
That’s kind of like Elvis’s autopsy result. Cause of death: heart stopped
“Interesting that the police were able to respond to reports of the fighting so quickly. How did they get there and respond so quickly? Time machine?”
They were there a month before and had to ‘settle’ things down.
They were there before the Bandidos arrived at Twin Peaks.
Given that the Bandidos and Cossacks were at war and the Bandidos moved their normally located AUSTIN meeting into Cossack territory and the Cossacks were calling in riders from all over the state, it is not hard to imagine why they were there.
“To hear some people tell it the cops did it all.”
Amazing. When even the bikers say the bikers started it.
Isn't it great, watching feral government in action trying to cover it's ass?
