(CNN)Carly Fiorina said Donald Trump's comments about Megyn Kelly "were completely inappropriate and offensive" and were clearly meant to imply the Fox News host's tough questions were a result of menstruation.
"Women understood that comment. And yes, it is offensive," Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard executive, said in an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper aired Sunday on "State of the Union."
(snip)
"I started out as a secretary. And as I made my way up in the business world, a male-dominated business world, I've had lots of men imply that, um -- I was unfit for decision-making because maybe I was having my period. So I'll say it, OK?" Fiorina said.

What comment is that? Do you have the quote from Trump?
Please highlight the words or phrases Menstruation, Time of Month or OTR within the confines of Trump's quote.
Thanks.
She lost the Calif. gov primary to Meg whitman. It was an ugly battle of women. So now we have gov moonbeam.
P.S. I don’t think Donald Trump meant what they are spinning it as in the first place.
I’m glad someone caught that. LOL
I’ve seen this with female execs who drop F-bombs like longshoremen and use sexual innuendo when it suits them, but then get all huffy and claim they are victims of harassment when they don’t get the big job or promotion.
Trump denied the allegation, so now they are just calling him a Liar. They are upset because Trump doesn’t grovel and apologize, not that it would have mattered if he did.
Great Tagline BTW.

Crossing red eyed and butthurt Florina off my list.
Please don't just make stuff up. Meg Whitman ran for California Governor and won that primary. Carly Fiorina ran for Senator and won that primary. There was no "ugly battle of women" between them.
Carly, you’re no good you’re no good, baby you’re no good..
Carly rose through the ranks riding on a wave of “women’s rights, the political breakthrough of the “glass ceiling” for women, Political correctness pressure, gender rights and flatly...”it was her turn”.
She is a true example of the phrase “you didn’t do it, the government did it for you.”
The last disaster was due to only a single fact...”It was only fair that we place a black into the office of the President” and now “It’s only fair to place a female into the office of the President.” What’s next? “It’s only fair to place a transvestite into the Office of the President? And, on and on and on.....
I can see nothing she has done for HP other than make their (choose the topic you want) program compliant with the current Political Correctness doctrine dejour.
She brings nothing to the table except more political correctness and deviant rights to destroy our society.
Oops! I guess it was the senate race I was thinking of. 2 women going at it. Sorry.
The term is that your blood pressure went so high that you bled from the eyes and nose. Old but common phrase.
Did Ronald Reagan ever have to resort to referring to a woman’s menstrual cycle?
When did he say that? Are you reading liberal blogs or just make it up.
You are referring to a menstrual cycle Trump never did that...
Trump isn’t your polished politician, that’s for sure. Taking his comments in context, I’m willing to cut him some slack...it’s not obvious by any stretch he’s talking about anything but anger. His use of the term on Mike Wallace shows that.
If voters are willing to cast aside any non politician because they aren’t error free in trying to keep what they say PC, and we let the political class define what they say, there is no hope for an outsider.
The Dems and GOPe are marching the USA off the immigration cliff. Voting for GOPe candidates has gotten us what, exactly, since 1994?
I don’t think Trump is a true conservative. I don’t think he’s a polished speaker. I do think he’s the only wrecking ball out there that has a chance to derail the scripted path we are being given that leads to Jeb vs. Hillary or Bernie.
Bernie Sanders wrote about female gang rape fantasies and Hillary aided and abetted Slick Willy and his intern indiscretions. The GOPe and MSM are going after those two for being offensive to women loud and clear. Just listen.
Crickets.
But let Trump say something that might, if stretched, be construed as offensive, if and only if the listener assigns offense to it, and they unleash the baying hounds of Hell.
Hmmm, I guess we can tell what the priorities of the GOPe are. Condemning an outsider for comments that can be stretched into an insult to women is much, much more important than saving the country from immigrating itself into permanent socialism and letting in islamic radicals to attack us.
Carly Fiorina ran as a pro DREAM act, global warming candidate against Barbara Boxer and lost. She’s GOPe to the Common Core that she espouses. She’s right on this? Trump needs to be excommunicated from the Party because Carly chooses to be offended by a comment that is at worst, extremely ambiguous?
I used to be a Republican. I could still be one, if I was willing to eat the same crap sandwich that the Rats are pushing, with an “R” on it. Trump is the only alternative, with Ted Cruz a very questionable second choice.
However, if we all dance to the GOPe/MSM tune, we’ll get Bush vs Clinton/Sanders. If Jeb steps on it so badly he has to be cast aside, GOPe will pick somebody also willing to leave Obamacare in place, support Fedgov controlled education and open the floodgates to immigrants, just like Jeb, only the name will be Marco, Scott or Carly.
Depressing situation, but right now Trump is the only way out of the box.
Yes, he did. You have to be living in a bubble to not see that.
Is a vulgar president okay with you?
