So here I was kind of watching Trump do all the interviews after the debate. And he was going after every journalist, by name, who said anything negative about him. And when he does that he'll usually mock, ridicule or denigrate them. It's very clear and very purposeful.
Now Trump detractors attribute that to being "thin skinned" or that he's some kind of baby that can't take tough questions. Really? The guy has been a player in the cutthroat world of business and finance for decades.
This is clearly a tactic. And then it hit me.
Recognize this?
RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
These are Alinskys rules for radicals and it's *exactly* what Trump is doing to every media person that is tearing him down. Megyn Kelly? No talent, unprofessional, bimbo. Luntz, conniving, childlike manipulator.
Donald Trump has found THE way to attack the media. He's never going to get good press coverage. Libs always will. So his choice is to either play patty cake with leftists in the hopes that the press will be nice to him...OR...he can destroy the press, control the narrative, and craft his own image.
Holy cow no wonder Trump is scaring the crap out the the left and the media. He's using their own freaking playbook against them!
In one deft move he's marginalizing the left's biggest weapon, the sycophant press.
Look at his interviews. He's doing it with all those who are speaking negatively about him. Ridicule, sarcasm, and personal attacks.
Like him or not THIS is the only way any conservative ever has a chance to win. I think this is a purposeful plan and he's at least 15 steps ahead of anyone else right now AND doing conservatives a huge favor by clearing out the pressitutes.
Can’t imagine the Donald all meek and taking it while waiting for the table scraps like the rest of the Rinos hoping to get their share.
It is clear there is a great mass of Americans who hate the media whores, both corrupt political parties and the big donors who own the media and Washington. This is the number one reason they love Trump, he is tearing it all apart...no one else is doing anything at all to take it away from the Corrupt Class.
I hope it is CRUZ, but I'm in Trumps corner as well. One of these is our David vs. Goliath now.
It really ought to be about God all the time. To hope for just the other fellow to do it, belittles God.
He raised up David to defeat Goliath. That is my prayer that HE will raise up one for just this time, and I do believe HE is doing so within the Republican party.
Please do interrupt this as anything else but that GOD is in control, but that HE does use man for HIS purposes.

No republican ever counter-punched as viciously as Donald Trump is doing to the media. I hope he wears a bullet proof vest. The establishment doe not take threat to their dominance lightly.
Fox's hand picked GOPe focus group was focused on defeating Trump at all costs.
Cruz is our David.

Spot on! This election cycle will see the Alinsky Method used by the DemonRATs on steroids. Trump is a tiger the media will tangle with and be eaten alive. He will not be nice.
I have been commenting about Alinsky Method for years. I am so proud of Trump for getting it down and using it so effectively.

I have told people that I believe God is intervening in this election. I believe God is using Trump and Cruz to help guide us thru the coming harsh time this nation has not seen. Ok Trump may not be a church goer every Sunday who raises his hand in the air and says “Praise God!”. God uses people for his good.
This tells me this nation is going to hit some harsh road and we need a strong leader to guide us. God is preparing us for some strong leaders that do not flinch and has fire in his belly. Trump and Cruz are both of these men. One behaves cordial when attack and other is like Godzilla LOL.

The left routinely shut down any attack on themselves by saying "Oh look...the mean old Republicans are at it again." The press then dutifully reports "Republican is MEAN!!!!" And then the Republican says "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be mean and perhaps I shouldn't have used such language."
Trump gets it. He knows the left FORCES their enemies into this position of weakness and loss. He recognizes a losing position and doesn't' want to be there.
