Eleanor Roosevelt is the current front-runner in the race to earn a spot on the soon-to-be redesigned $10 bill, according to a McClatchy-Marist poll released Wednesday.
The poll showed that more than one in four Americans (27%) are hoping that when the U.S. Treasury Department unveils the new design, the former first lady will be the woman featured.
African-American abolitionist Harriet Tubman is the second most popular choice with 17% of the vote, followed by Native American explorer Sacagawea with 13%.

The poll assumes people want to change the $10, which they don’t.
It’s a false choice that assumes this fakeness:
“Since we are changing the $10 bill for a token, what token do you want on it?”

Id rather have two $5 bills. I suspect a lot of people will simply reject that bill. Every time one is offered it will provoke a discussion regarding how unworthy such a person was to be put on the bill in the first place.
I know I will tell people "I don't want that glorification of a nobody bill."

changing the face on the 10 dollar bill is about changing the unity of the country. Our money is an agreement of the SYMBOLS OF THE NATION, without an agreement then there is no United in the United States. It is not “e pluribus Unum” it is “e pluribus pluribus”
This is the feminist (feminazi?) dollar coin push.

Didn’t Hillary Clinton practice necromancy by speaking with “Eleanor Roosevelt” while her husband was in the White House?

This is the feminist (feminazi?) dollar coin push. Yup. If they don't get it done before Obama is out of office, the next President can't put a stop to it by appointing a new Treasury Secretary.

If they're insisting on a woman, Abigail Adams would be a good choice. Her husband has never gotten the respect he deserved and she'd be the closest we have to a worthy female member of the founding generation. And far easier on the eye than Eleanor.

Ughbetter Harriet Tubman. As far as I know Harriet did only good, no harm. Plus it kills two birds with one stone.

If they absolutely have to have a woman on the soon to be worthless $10 bill ... you would think that the idiots could come up with a better choice! Perhaps a model would be OK.
