Silicon Shakedown: Black Caucus Flies to Silicon Valley
Gateway Pundit ^ | August 5, 2015 | Jim Hoft

Black Caucus representatives flew to Silicon Valley this week to coerce tech companies to hire more unqualified black candidates. The caucus members see the lack of diversity at the tech giants as a racial move and not one of competence.

Blacks may be underrepresented but not Asians.

Though they make up less than 6 percent of the overall workforce, Asians account for a whopping 17 percent of all tech-sector workers and a far higher percentage of engineers.

The Sacramento Bee reported:

When the world’s leading technology firms reported their workforce demographics, the details were uncomfortable, but not surprising: Apple, Google, Facebook and other Silicon Valley giants are dominated by men, many of them white.

Blacks may be underrepresented but not Asians.

Can't wait to see their "visit" to the NBA, the NFL, the Music Industry, and Hollywood, where Asians are grossly underrepresented in comparison to Blacks.

Professional athletes, movie stars, and recording artists make ton$ more than a few engineers in Silicon Valley.

I’m here to tell you all something: there actually is a lot of racism going on in the Silicon Valley. It happens primarily when departments are taken over by an Indian boss, and then he only hires Indian engineers.

Chinese bosses, when they exist, don’t do that as much. But Indians, who are not prevalent in semiconductors, oh, yeah. Cronyism, big-time.

Don’t get me stated on how they treat women, either.

Hence, I would VERY MUCH welcome EEOC investigation into Silicon Valley hiring practices. It just won’t have quite the outcome (IF done fairly) that the Rainbow Coalition hopes for.

Liberals are incapable of seeing the light. It’s a mental illness. What they’ll do is to lower their standards in order to hire obummer’s sons, pay reparations to al pimpton and apologize in the process.

These guys in Silicon valley are wealthy, powerful, and ruthless. I’m sure they can handle this.

Yep.

And they don't even care if you've taken a yoga class.

It's just a mystery.
