You’re absolutely right; more smoke and mirrors to obscure the death of our nation, conscience, and culture. When surveys indicate Americans have stopped pretending to care about Cecil, they’ll probably go back to “Bridge-gate” with Governor Christie.
At the end of “Boyz in the Hood”, one character laments that the news never mentioned his brother’s murder the previous day. How many blacks live that reality every morning? This lion apparently means more than any aborted baby (of any color), as well as the blacks murdered daily in the slums.
But wait... didn’t Cecil have a BLACK mane?
Cecil was a half breed
Good points.
Thanks; could you the struggles people face today, and they see some lion half a world away on the news?
