This effort to make energy less available, less reliable, and more expensive is at a level of insanity comparable to that which overwhelmed the Xhosa in 1856 when the prophetess of doom, Nongqawuse, convinced them that salvation lay in destroying all their cattle and crops. This will not turn out well.
