I guess the city council thinks there are too many jobs in Pittsburgh and they want to get rid of some.
To your point, I wonder how many businesses considering options of moving or keeping jobs in Pittsburgh will see a anti-business environment and look elsewhere. I’d certainly like actual paid sick days in addition to my vacation time - but I’ll gladly take just having job above it.
