The vote to DEFUND Planned Parenthood FAILS in the Senate!
no one needs the dem party more than the GOP.
and no one needs the GOP more than the dems.

By changing his vote from Yes to No at the end he can bring it back up for consideration.
And yet he was one of 44 Co-sponsors of the bill......?
When is he going to change that R to a D?
Maybe to a C for Communist, since he seems not to believe in a just God that would punish a supporter of the baby killers for profit.
He voted no so that he could bring it back up at a future date.
