Jeb Bush to National Urban League: 'There are unjust barriers to opportunity and upward mobility in this country'.
Jeb Bush in his address Friday to the National Urban League will talk about a listening and learning phase following his 1994 campaign in which he made comments that were offensive to African-Americans, play up charter schools, criticize a "losing" war on poverty and discuss his decision as governor to take down the Confederate flag.
I know that there are unjust barriers to opportunity and upward mobility in this country. Some we can see, others are unseen but just as real, reads Bushs speech, obtained by the Tampa Bay Times. So many lives can come to nothing, or come to grief, when we ignore problems, or fail to meet our own responsibilities. And so many people could do so much better in life if we could come together and get even a few big things right in government. I acted on that belief as governor of Florida. Its a record Ill gladly compare with that of anyone else in the field.

Under no circumstances will I vote for Yeb.
He is right. Those unjust barriers are welfare, government handouts, Obamaphones, Obamacare, and the Democrat party.
All unjust. All barriers. All the time.
This liberal panderer, JEB, just sucks more every day!
His record as Gov. doesn’t come anywhere near that of Perry’s.
Why are JEB and Walker so high in the polls? Most likely because real Dems being polled are liars and want to make it easier for whomever the Dem candidate will be.
Jeb is going from also-ran to pathetic.

So true! I just hope he’s dumped soon, rather than later!
Was he wearing a #BlackLivesMatter t-shirt?

Most likely.
Back in late ‘80s, my wife was a Personnel Mgr. for Xerox. She was required to go to some Urban League big deal evening meeting at a big hotel in Dallas, to promote the fact that her company was open to recruiting blacks.
I went with her that evening and we were the ONLY whites there. I was a Mgr. at a major defense contractor and wore my usual nice suit. ....Wife and I must have seemed like street waifs to the others. Most men were wearing suits that must have cost $1000 or more, lots of gold jewelry, women in dresses that had to cost hundreds of $$. ....Everyone there, except me and my wife, were ultra-rich!
The Urban League is a club for rich blacks. They need no US taxpayers’ dollars.
This guy is a died in the wool Democrat.

And the only difference between him and #43 and #41 is that THEY supported the military.
If you vote for Yeb! you will be voting for the USA to become North Mexico
“There are unjust barriers to opportunity and upward mobility in this country.”
Whenever I see a statement like this I want to shout, “Pull your pants up and get an education.”
I agree.
