A convicted Israeli spy will soon be released by the Obama administration in a move that some hope will improve relations with Israel following the Iran nuclear deal, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
The newspaper reported Friday that some U.S. officials are pushing for Jonathan Pollards release in a matter of weeks, but it may have to wait until his parole consideration date in November.

Outrageous that this is even being considered.
Releasing Pollard is Obama’s way of trying to kiss up to the Israeli public and make the Iran deal seem sweeter.
At The Wall Street Journal, which is Fox’s source for this, they say that this is hoped to improve relations with Israel. Doubtful and like trading for Bergdahl, what cost? His damage so great to the US, the only way Pollard should be released is as a dead carcass dumped on the steps of the Israeli embassy.
Notice that they will consider it in November. That will probably be when all the defensive missiles around the Iranian Nuke sites will be up and ready.
So the implication is clear: You’ll get him in November- as long as you don’t bomb the Iranian Nukes.
Iran deal sweetener for Israel.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Precisely.
We spot Israel one spy.
We spot Iran 100 nukes in ten years.
Seems fair to me. /s
Pollard has been made to serve a longer sentence than anyone else accused of similar crimes. So, just on basic fairness he should already have been released.
However, Pollard as an individual is not going to change anything about Obama’s undermining of America (continuing for yet another 19 months, please stay alert!), nor will it do anything to take away the ICBM’s and nuclear bombs Obama/Kerry are enabling their Iranian IslamoNazi comrades to amass.... nor will it provent those Obama friends from doing exactly what they say they will do... and nuking USA.
In other words, Pollard is a regrettable diversion from what’s really important for America right now, namely: stopping Obama/Kerry/Iran from getting nuclear ICBM’s to attack us! That needs to be our focus....not whether one old “spy” stays in the clink, or gets out.
Stop the nuclear bombing of America, first.
Now is the time, BEFORE our enemy completes its nuclear missile attack force.
Time is running out on the most important, critical threat to America most of us have ever seen...
This is what happens when you elect traitors.
“His damage so great to the US,”
What damage was that? Satellite imagery of the PLO headquarters in Tunisia? The disposition of Libyan armed forces? Please elaborate on the great damage.
Obama is saying, “Israel gets nuked, but at least Pollard will be free when it happens.” He’s thinking “and I hope Pollard will be in Israel when the mushroom clouds bloom.”
As for the nukes hitting the USA next, I am generous enough to hope that Obama doesn’t care, although the more likely hypothesis is that Obama is eagerly looking forward to that attack humbling the free and prosperous America that he hates.
This is an attempt by the Obozo regime to blacken Pollard’s otherwise good name.
Got the champagne on ice?
The Rosenbergs, for example, only served about two years.
Yes. And they spied for an enemy, not an ally And mrs Rosenberg was very probably railroaded to her death by a very improper prosecution ( about all she apparently did was transcribe some notes for her husband, who appeared to have been the real spy in the family). Someday her story will be more accurately determined. It is most fortunate that today the enemies of America have managed to seize control of our government - this is the battle we face now, not mr, Rosenberg, not his wife , and not pollard.
Just wish Obama was as good at getting our hostages outta Iran as he is at releasing US held terrorists & spies.
AMAZING how this Administration swaps traitors, whether Pollard or Bergdahl, one big visible guy in exchange for ????????
