If I understand you correctly then I respectfully disagree. The so-called abortion right is just another carrot that corrupt politicians dangle in front of low-information citizens to help win their votes.
Even if many today accept the sloganized "a woman's right to choose," the late term option is a loser if the Hillary opponent simply & calmly explains what is actually involved. Too many Conservatives lump all abortion issues together, and argue dogmatically--as opposed to persuasively. Also, almost no one actually analyzes exactly how the Left justifies abortion on whim, which has connotations that are not favorable to the justifier.
