What with the father reputedly being an abusive aggressor himself, as well as actually “Palestinian”, not likely. And there’s also that bit about “the perp” visiting Kuwait and Jordan before doing this.
End of story? Only if he were the last of his kind, never mind the fact that he took five of our military personnel with him. Story not over by far.
Since shiny, happy people don’t go on mass murder-suicide sprees, the Obama minions can deploy the mental illness/substance abuse smokescreen whenever politically convenient. The Charleston mass murderer was as young, alienated, depressed, drunken, and deluded as the redneck jihadi, but the media received the “racism/Confederate flag” talking points for that one.
Currently the Left is shopping mental health as its new vehicle for more gun control, ginning up fears that everyone (excepting heavily armed government agents) is likely to descend into madness at any moment.
The last thing Obama wants you to realize is that a certain percentage of Muslim children brought to the US by their parents (not their own choice), will inevitably grow up with a sense of anomie and not belonging. They will indulge in the pervasive vice and violence that is contemporary American mass culture, try to reconnect with their “roots”, become religious extremists, blame the US for their own lack of self-control, and in some cases commit terrorist acts here or join armies abroad to prove and “redeem” themselves. ISIS and other jihadi groups are quite aware of this and use the internet and agents at mosques to recruit the disaffected.
Since 9-11, the US government has been actively importing vast numbers of Muslim immigrants — many of them living on the public dole — and spreading them across the country. The article notes that the feds can’t believe the shooter was a terrorist because he wasn’t on their radar screen. Given his trips to Jordan and possibly Qatar, possible use of other names, and obvious jihadi internet posts, they have to be willfully ignoring the obvious for PC reasons. This will not end well.
They sure knew the motive when it was George Zimmerman didn’t they.

Let’s see - he visited Islamic countries, sent out an Islamist tweet shorly before the carnage, and - they mentioned this at the very beginning but quickly stopped talking about it - IT WAS THE LAST DAY OF RAMADAN!
