It does seem a bit cannibalistic to use the remains of fetuses in anything that ends up in another body. FWIW, I feel the same way about blood transfusions and transplants.

Don't know that any religion thinks that way. It's just me.

I tend to think of body-part reuse as a matter of choice, a donor-donee relationship formalized in some manner.

I don’t see the reuse of fetal parts or material as any part of that more conventional practice.

Further, there is no part of that traditional medical practice of organ transplants that starts out with the intentional murder and butchering of the donor to get that ‘part’ for the donee.
