Another day, another Donald Trump doozie.
The presidential candidate, whos soared to No. 1 among Republican presidential candidates in the latest Fox News poll, attacked opponent Rick Perrys intelligence on Twitter Thursday.
.@GovernorPerry just gave a pollster quote on me. He doesnt understand what the word demagoguery means, Trump tweeted.

He followed up with a proposal: .@GovernorPerry failed on the border. He should be forced to take an IQ test before being allowed to enter the GOP debate.
Trumps tirade against the former Texas governor came after Perry tweeted: .@realDonaldTrump-ism not conservatism but a toxic mix of demagoguery and nonsense.
Trump also tweeted his ire at Senator John McCain, who was the Republican nominee for president in 2008.

Ok, lets hear your reasons why he is not presidential timber please.
Perfect response
Yes, he sure was.
You’re right...your arguments are right.
I’ve tried to make the same points over and over....but, deaf ears, you know.
1. It’s not the states’ job;
2. They have no authority to deport;
3. They can’t shoot ‘em;
4. Perry and the bunch spent a bunch of Texans’ tax money on the effort;
5. Name anyone else in the race that has DONE something about the border;
6. What other states’ population has or is doing anything about the southern border of Texas?
7. If the answer to 6 is that it’s not their border, I beg to differ. It’s a federal border. And if it’s not “their border”, why are the griping about what’s being done or not being done there
8. And there’s some knuckleheads who STILL can’t get their facts straight, suggesting they don’t want to or have some other motivation for their fallacious claims.
Perry’s not perfect. But I’m trying to think of who else has 14 years of governing to scrutinize. Anyone else in the race who’s had to DO the job as long as Perry has. In most cases, we’re left with what they want to SAY they’ll do. In relation to the border, who else is running that’s ever had to actually deal with it?
And I wonder, cumulative, how much time they’ve ever spent on the border.
I like Cruz. I’m highly suspicious of Trump. And I like Perry.
Main reason for this post is to rant a bit about the unrealistic expectations it seems some have of Texas/Perry for “securing” the border.
Wouldn’t THAT be just splendid? :-)
I would make that bet. Although it’s probably a scam by Trump. He probably pays himself a salary of $1. Still I would make that bet. Trump has even acknowledged he exaggerates his wealth - in a deposition.
Have a great weekend.
I guess you would since the upside is way good for you and close to zilch for him. It’s obvious that Forbes, et al have way underestimated Trump’s worth by $$$ billions.
Cruz gets the White House for up to 10 years per 22nd Amendment.
Here.

Neither did Bush 43 who was the second worst President on enforcing our immigration laws after Obama. And Bush, a former Texas Governor, failed to secure the border. He was more interested in pushing amnesty. Sad...
Most of the things he is saying now are the same as he wrote in his 2011 book.
Which proves he is an idiot. Like he didn't see Trump take out Jebster, and Florida's littlest weasel?
“Another day, another Donald Trump doozie.”
Only problem being that a LOT OF CONSERVATIVES also agree that Perry should be tested for mental cognizance. Look up “Gardasil Perry” if you have ANY doubts.
He could have said “drug” test too. I think he’s on still on Gardasil if he’s not on Oxicontin in anymore.
Let them both take a constitution test. I doubt either one of them would do all that well.
I agree. Has Trump ever mentioned the Constitution?
I haven’t heard him other than maybe his NRA speech supporting the 2nd amendment. I wonder if he could quote it word for word?
I have been doing some checking on Trumps life. He claims $10 billion net worth, Perry is estimated to be $3 million. Trump’s is more likely $4 billion. Here is one source of estimated net worths for candidates:
Trump has been UP and Trump has been DOWN. Fact is he has probably had more complex experience than anyone now running or planning to run for President. Here is a long meaty detailed article from 1990 in Fortune when he ran into difficulties for reasons ranging from overoptimism to economic problems in Japan, New York, and Massachusetts. He had already shown his ability to make money, now he had to show how to avoid loosing it all.

Now an update on bankruptcies: http://www.vanityfair.com/news/2015/06/donald-trump-companies-bankruptcy-atlantic-city
One article I read pointed out that all the Atlantic City casinos/hotels could have done a lot better if they had paid more attention to upgrading the overall economy and look of AC instead of totally neglecting it for short range benefit of their bottom lines. This more recent information regarding Trumps success has a decidedly liberal slant, which doesnt necessarily mean it is wrong. Judge for yourself.
This link does a good job of outlining Trumps recovery from his 1990 challenges up to 2002 successes. http://www.encyclopedia.com/topic/Donald_Trump.aspx
Finally a word about Trumps NET WORTH. He has declared that it is $10 billion. Other reputable sources are suggesting closer to $4 billion. Still plenty rich and far more than Hillarys $20 million or Walkers $75,000. Here is a link touching on net worth and including other links to the Trump wealth story.
What's your point?
Perry is far from perfect. He likes government to be a solution to people’s problems for starters. But one of his better political traits is the willingness to let go of a bad idea and move on. Not all the bad ones, but many.
Cheers FRiend
