What he actually is...is crazy. There’s been a huge upsurge in crazy people acting out violently on the streets, thanks to de Blasio’s policies. This is particularly true if the crazy people in question are black, since the police are scared to even lay a finger on them for fear of being charged with racist police brutality or some such thing.
