Jeb Bush will deliver a keynote address at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s annual convention later this year, the group said Monday.
The announcement came as Democratic candidates spoke at the annual gathering of the National Council of La Raza in Kansas City and as the GOP tries to find its footing with Latino voters after a 2012 election defeat and controversial comments by one of its most vocal 2016 hopefuls.
The convention, taking place in Houston in September, is the country’s largest assembly of Hispanic business and community leaders. Organizers expect more than 7,000 attendees.

No doubt he thinks his fluency in Spanish can make up for his lousy ideas in English.

The parts of the speech that conservatives don’t want to hear will be in Spanish.
Looking around, I just learned something I didn’t know about Jeb. After he fell in love with Mexico and a Mexican senorita, Jeb majored in Latin American Studies at the University of Texas in Austin.
This dude is obsessed with all things Latino to a very unhealthy degree, and he wants to make his obsession part of US domestic policy and probably foreign policy, also.
Hahahaha, perfect choice. Jeb is so stupid he thinks he can win just with the Hispanic vote. Jeb sucks.
Right. His obsessed pandering isn’t going to get him anywhere but losing.
Nearly all these presidential candidates are kissing the asses of Latino voters. It’s absolutely pathetic. The majority of them are illegal alien criminals. The majority of the legal Hispanics were children of illegals or children of those granted amnesty or asylum. They have no interest in America and still identify as Hispanic. The money they make here under the table goes right back to their families at home. I don’t want America to be “more like” Latin America. Nobody gives a crap about hard-working taxpayers getting screwed over by the elitist snobs in Washington.
