Mexico's billion dollar drugs lord known as 'El Chapo' has gloated on Twitter about his escape from a maximum security jail by taunting authorities and threatening US-presidential hopeful Donald Trump.

Joaquin Guzman, billionaire head of the powerful Sinaloa Cartel, made his jail break on Saturday morning and is on the run from Altiplano jail, 50 miles outside of Mexico City, security officials said.

His audacious escape saw him dash through the mile-long tunnel system, which led to a building under construction next to the prison - from where he collected clothes left for him by his conspirators.

A few more of el chapo’s “friends”:

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/08/05/americas-third-wardid-us-cut-deal-with-sinaloa-cartel/

The juicy part:

In return, the United States government agreed to dismiss the prosecution of the pending case against Loya, not to interfere with his drug trafficking activities and those of the Sinaloa Cartel, to not actively prosecute him, Chapo, Mayo, and the leadership of the Sinaloa Cartel, and to not apprehend them.”

Oh ...I have no doubt! lol. As long as his wife, family and crew go with him... should be no problem. He can probably shock him with his taser, hogtie him and bring back to the US of A for some justice!

“Is it legal for Trump to place a price on El Chapo’s head?”

If this were the Bush, Clinton or Reagan administration I would say “I don’t know if it’s legal or not”. But under Obama I can quickly say for certain “No! It’s not legal”

Yeah and El Chapo has no targets. If El Chapo touches anything Trump he and his minions will answer to millions of pissed off Americans with guns.

There must be some way to terrorize El Chapo. Hack his accounts, have the black gangs (our guys, ie FBI) take out the El Chapos (and let the black gangs take the rap), etc. etc.

You and me are the only freepers with a solid plan on getting El Chapo back to the United States. In all seriousness, the US demanded he be sent here to be tried and really locked up for good but Mexico refused. They said their justice system would take care of El Chapo.

I think he flew to another country. I’ll bet he is in Brazil or Paraguay. If I were him I would get the he!! out of Mexico as fast as possible

At this point I don't know what to think. I found his arrest extremely suspicious. I believe he knew they were coming and gave himself up; may have struck a deal with both us and/or mexico. The US asking to extradite him was all bluster to cover for the immunity they had already given him (and he may still have ...I don't see why not provided the info in my post 201 is true). I don't think he will leave mexico.

I think it's time for Trump to send in The Dog. (-:

We all believe in Ted Cruz. We just don’t agree that “he’s our best shot.”

Fair enough. My problem with Trump is he has never held office. I think he needs to go govern or go be a senator first. When was the last pres not to hold an elected office prior? Ike? And he was a 5-star general. As far as the money situation goes Ted Cruz has raised around $50 million. How much has trump raised? Or is he going to pay for it all himself? Let’s get real here: it’s very early on and a lot can happen. Trump is entertaining but I don’t seriously think he will be our nominee. It’s sadly looking like jeb unless we can all agree on one guy (TED CRUZ!!!)

has very little money

Never said that.

and no friends

That is correct. Close confidantes who are very likely family, but what would meet the common definition of "friends" for him, nope. He's the head designate for an outfit a lot of characters depend on getting steady paychecks from. There is no such thing as "friends" - others who may have common interests or agendas, but that doesn't make things any less dangerous since there is no honor among thieves. The dude is not omnipotent, and he even has to answer to others who are above him. You are umpteen thousand miles away from where the action is and those internet links you posted don't tell squat as to how things really work down this way.

Maybe El Capo is part of the reason Trump so suddenly shut up about Obama’s eligibility to be president.

I hope I live long enough to see the reason for that to come to light.

Even if all that proves to be accurate, those aren't "friends", oh hell no. All that would indicate he is an asset that is being used by larger interests. And assets can be disposed of if they are no longer useful.

Wait wait wait. So this guy “escaped” prison and posted on twitter in a matter of a few days?

He was released by the Mexican government guaranteed.

You think it’s in the best interest of the corrupt Mexican government to let Trump become President?

They are just hoping he’ll back down.

You don’t escape from a Mexican prison and say “I’m coming for you” [person I have never met, never spoke to, and could care less about] unless you have a reason to.

Ya, seriously.

Why the FK would Chapo care? He’d care about not getting caught, getting the rats that ratted him out, and setting up shop somewhere he can’t be found, or just leaving the country.

But he has time to threaten someone on a public forum? Yea okay......

The Mexicant government probably has access to his Twitter, and probably posted it after he escaped not realizing that this will galvanize more support for Trump.

It’s either them, or some random cartel thug that knows bosses twitter, or the price for Chapo being freed.

It’s insane to think this guy would threaten anyone after escaping Mexican prison. You can smell this story from Alpha Centauri.

At his age.... If I am El Cheapo I am going to get my butt to another country and hide out far from the Mexican authorities. Who are motivated to capture him due to Trump ridiculing them.

El Cheapo should hide out and enjoy his millions at least for a while. He will want his wife and anchor babies who live in LA to join him. So if they are tailed this will lead the FBI to el Cheapos hideaway.

El Cheapo would blend in well in Brazil, Paraguay and the Philippines for hiding away. He is an idiot if he stays in Mexico. Hes getting too old for this sheeeeeeeeeeet.

It would be really stupid for Guzman to go for Trump. As things stand, if the Mexican authorities (ha!) get a hold of him again they will kill him. He is not getting arrested again, and even if he was it would mean extradition to a US prison. If he was to go after Trump he would get the same treatment that was given to Pablo (after he brought down an airplane with US citizens on it). A task force will be formed to 'arrest' him, and part of that task force will incorporate elements from Delta Force (just like the Pablo case), and in his arrest a sniper will make an impossible shot (just like Pablo getting hit in the ear as he ran across a roof), and the Mexican authorities (Colombian in Pablo's case) will take credit but everyone will know only one group can pull such a thing off.

Guzman would be a fool to go after Trump.

With that said, if I were Trump I would ensure that my body guards get beefed up and security is enhanced. It is one thing when the threat is coming from some Democrats and/or RINOs and/or illegal immigrants, where the worst that can happen is a pistol in a crowd. It is another thing when it is a billionaire drug-lord, who can apparently pull miracles from inside prison, who is threatening you. I still don't believe the threat was actually from Guzman, or that (even if it was) Guzman would be dumb enough to pull it off, but Trump would be well advised to ensure his security is top-notch. Which I believe it already is anyway.
