I would sue to the hilt. Ordering a custom ring is basically a contract...and this country got so crazy so quickly I doubt there is any fine print in the signed order form which states, “unless the country loses its damn mind and your particular design includes a Confederate flag, we will, of course, have to melt it down”.
PeeCee finally got to even the Wally Worlders.
There sounds like there will be a vacuum here that others will fill.
One does not have to wish the Dixie flag out of sight everywhere in order to wish something that Dixiecrats put over a symbol of statewide rule to no longer be there (a distinction that has me being called a troll on another thread).
I would raise holy terror with Wally World as well.

Im not so sure she has a case. According to the article, they refunded her money back to her. She should have stood her ground by refusing to accept the refund and demanded the ring. And if they still refused to hand over the ring, then she would have a case. By taking the money back, this can be seen as a mutual agreement to termination of the contract.
I'm not at all litigious, but, even I might be enraged enough to round up a bunch of similarly-shafted ex-Wal*Mart customers and see if some hungry ambulance chaser didn't want to pursue a juicy (?class action?) suit...
agreed , sounds like a suet ready made.
There should be a counter push saying, hatred for the flag (that is history) is un-American.
anyone that takes up this mantra is anti-USA.
(check it out)
